My friend, pls don't go with the looks or the bhp. I know one of my friend who tried to own a 250 cc one. It's had many performance issues, when it started showing serious issues on ecu and fi unit, he sold it. Moreover dsk is not a brand where you can trust for service. Even they are moving out from benelli service. I am not sure whether you are familiar with these twin cylinder bikes. These days, it's easy to buy but very tough to maintain. Even if you say, it's expensive than a car, it's absolutely correct. Just check with a benelli or Kawasaki owner. So if it's a 2 lakh plan, pls go with new dominar or Apache. Cbr 250 even though people says dated, it still a great bike. Trust me, I am saying this from my own life. I am also looking to buy a higher cc bike. My all search's are end with either triumph bournville series of Cbr 650, well that will go for some more time. If you really love this 650 bike, just go and find out 1-2 owners and understand it well. Still you love it, just go for it

Cbr is outdated but reliable, rr310 is a great package and dominar is value for money, if you willing to spend more, you should really look at the Bs4 r3 with metz n abs [emoji4]

I would put my money on Dominar 400 or the RR310. Hyosung has almost disappeared from the market, so getting the parts and service will be a pain in the ass.

I am not able to connect on the phone numbers of DSK Hyosung showroom or service centre in Pune. I went to the service centre today, but it seems to be closed or relocated. Any idea what is happening with the Hyosung dealarship and service centre in Pune. Is this related to some issues with DSK ?

Note: I am having trouble with the starting of bike after I recently replaced the batter to a new Exide battery. It seems the battery is not taking the startup load. I want to replace the battery, which brand and model is suitable for GT650R (2011 model). Seeking urgent help as I plan to ride to Goa this week.

    TIA.

    Guys,
I was wondering if GT650N handle bar can be fixed in GT650R. I think it will make my long rides easier on my shoulders and wrist.

A question to all owners, just out of curiosity: How are you managing to source spares for your rides? Is there an active pipeline for spares since DSK screwed everything up?

I searched through the thread, and did not find much on battery replacement due to battery life. Am i the first one. .

I found one from Prestolite for ~2.5 K, 12V, 14 AmpH. a slightly bigger than OEM, so I need to check if that will fit. What are the other replacement options available in market other than OEM. Does anyone know ?
