Re: Hyosung GT650R - Ownership Thread
Did u tried pressurized air blowing near the speedometer.Originally posted by melroyal View PostIt seems that the speedometer sensor isn't working which needs to be replaced that cost around Rs5,300. The backlight display, signal indicators, rpm gauge is working fine. Since the sensor is not working the odometer isn't registering the kms covered.

[QUOTE=mehulbhavsar;1087192]Mel even I faced d same issue on my gtr when it was parked . as there was heavy rain and d bike stood almost for 2 hours in d rain. My speedo was also showing 0 kmph. The issue was so terrible that when I reached home and removed the key from the bike to turn the engine off speedo still remained on with the backlight along with temperature, fuel gauges etc. I waitid for 2 mins hoping it ll turn off by itself but it didn't so I removed d positive terminal from d battery. Next day I took it to a local service station where he blew pressurized air on the speedo console and nearby areas since then my speedo is working fine. Better u also give it a try maybe your issue ll get solved.
