There is lot of noise from engine. ASC guy says bearing are rusted and need replacement. It will cost 35k for reconditioning the engine.

Yeah the stickers glue does have an issue coming off on curved areas. Dunno what to do about it though...
Normal glue would effect the paint though. So I didn't wanna experiment more on it initially.
I have a spare silencer cover. so used all kinds or experiment on the silencer guard and it turned out good enough :-P :-D

I too have a roll inside my cupboard... Might use it when I get ideas

BTW NICE GEAR !!! looks awesome...
Hahaha thanks! I intend on gifting myself a pair of legit riding boots to start the new year with! 😉

I also put it on the side of the dash. Looked damn good but never got a perfect cut and it started forming air bubbles so I took that off too!

The only part of this sticker that has stayed is the small spark symbol I cut out (again, to avoid the much hated wasting of this resource ) and stuck above each indicator.

I recently bought this sitcker sheet online..
50x11 8" DIY 3D Carbon Fiber Sticker Wrap Sheet Film CAR Laptop PS4 Decal Black | eBay And had them cut to design on the silencer cover. The sheet is of a different model, you can try to use it for the cowls if you find it nowhere.

These were difficult to cut in that shape and were hard to stick. It been about 4months with the sticker. And most people at the stops keep gazing at it, if not the bike... It kinda fades over time, and due to the recent floods here in Chennai, its been completely muddy. Had it washed today... but then when you think its time, You could remove it and redesign it again...! If you fall under the DIY kind...

Happy riding..

Getting a second opinion might be good for your case.
Hi Rahul. Have you posted your ride experience in Ladakh somewhere? I was always looking to read a travel log about the babyblade's performance in Leh-Ladakh.

But that's a personal opinion. Black may be easier to clean and scratches less visible.

Black fairing and designs are generally not that visible at night. Whites are all time visible, just makes it harder to clean...

Hi Arjun657,
I live near Tambaram and I own a CBR150R Orange, has been a year now. I ride via the GST road towards Ashok Nagar. Let me know if you wanna catch up sometime...
Was away from xbhp for a while...

As far as I see... the gaps in the fairings look normal. If they give a rattling sound, just tighten the screws or have your svc do it. There should not be any vibration from the panel / fairings. Vibration from panels is not normal for a new bike.

And talking of the engine, it does vibrate a bit more near 6k rpm, drive in that range and you'd feel its vibrating more...
If I have road ahead I accelerate so I don't stay in the 6k long, its like a flash and it reaches >7.5k...
I try to cruise at around 4-5k below 60kmph and cruise at 7k above 80-90kmph where accelerating, depends on gear too.

Although I've never seen vibrations on an idle engine. If yours does, try to claim warranty, and in the process they might fix it,
ask for the procedure, call honda customer care if your svc is lame. If it gives rattling or random clanks while riding, might be the chain is loose.
Some times the chain may be loose and touch the gear peddle's bolt / hinge... making that sound, which is again the SVC's fault...

Let me know, if you need help... Recently the Velachery branch Maanasarovar Honda SVC manager has been changed.
The new guy is quite a rascal, listens to you patiently, you can shout and scold them as long as you want and he'd just resume his lame explanations later.
He might seem to try to fix your problems, but he's actually making the mechanics get rid of you, for the moment.

Even the old guy was a rascal, but was kind hearted and tried to fix problems, if you put to him the problem...
Try to screw them from the HONDA customer care... They'll fall in line...
