[QUOTE=B7ACKTHORN;1392637]Your pump is at fault there. Pump, is a basically an electronic component, it can either work fine, or not work completely or work intermittently. When you have your ABS light up on the dash, either your wheel sensor or your ABS pump unit is faulty. Start off by checking the wheel sensors if they're faulty the ABS light will throw up on the dash and the same goes for ABS pump motor. Your braking won't be affected, it will work normally albeit without the ABS assist. The unit is costly, and yes, it's wise to search for a used pump which saves cost significantly. Diag tools help narrow what's at fault. If it repeatedly shows pump motor, then pump motor it is.

    Thanks for replying
Can you please suggest me where can i find a used pump ?
I feel bike is a wild animal without abs and getting motor changed is only way.

wheel bearings you can buy outside the svc at a local spares store or maybe from the svc of another manufacturer. what you need to find is the bearing number, its going to be something like 6301, 6302. iirc i think the front one is two 6202 and rear has 6302 and 6202 .
once you have that information, or an old bearing u can take it and buy one outside (nbc or skf bearings, or oem from another vehicle that uses the same bearing)

search for the parts catalogue on google for further comparison to find which bearings will fit your wheel

Your only bet is to look at the same in a junkyard or used parts dealers, or a new one. It takes time, but you can find it if you're lucky.

Yes, if you're using the mobile app, it happens to some users. Try resizing the picture size to less than 1 MB and try.

You can confirm 100% on this, KTM has stopped over the counter sales for most major parts(unless you know friend someone within the SVC or big have influence), my 390 is waiting for parts for a full top rebuild from almost 20days now.
Parts are coming in one by one slowly based on back-order and advance payment only directly from Pune and directly being used up on the bikes which are waiting in SVC from months for parts due to lock-down.

The info I got from Head of spares for Bangalore was Bajaj/KTM factory in Pune is operating only at 30-40% employees capacity as cases are reaching 3L in Maharashtra, so expect this parts and spares issue to continue for some more months.

Understandable for the parts given the current situation, but They should also have online sales. I managed to get some parts offline, some ns 200 parts, skf wheel bearings (btw looks n feels better than stock ones), etc outside.

I need to get the spring compressed somewhere thats about it.. im good to go.

                Good luck with your build!

Update : Installed new fuel pump, new spark plug, new air filter & charged battery. Still bike won't start I've screen recorded the torque app readings while cranking the bike. Can anyone make out what's wrong by reading the outputs ? Does the vaccum no. looks fishy ? Posting a youtube link.

Also, is it possible that bike is not starting because engine oil might have turned into goo? Was planning to flush the engine oil once the bike starts.

does the bike 'crank' or is it just silent as you try to start it ? Any clicking noise ?
                    check all fuses.
could also be a bad starter relay, if it is not cranking at all. Or a bad starter motor.
also check all fuses.. and i am assuming the fuel pump, its connections were done properly.
did you check if the spark plug is indeed producing a spark by grounding it to chassis ? a bad ignition coil might be responsible for no spark

If it does crank, then i would suspect the valves are not closing properly and needs to be looked in to.

Vacuum will read around 11 at idling iirc. but in your case the engine doesn't fire up.

Start off with checking the fuses of the fuel pump and all the fuses in the fuse box. If you have a bust fuse, the bike won't fire up. Secondly, unless you haven't changed your oil for 15 years, the oil won't turn to jelly and in which case the engine won't even spin even if the starter motor tries to, and at the least, the bike will fire up. We have a bike that doesn't fire, so it can be either bad fuel, no spark or no fuel pump pressure, as simple as that. Start off by inspecting your fuses first, then check if you have spark coming at the spark plug and that the plug cap is properly inserted and locked to the spark plug and with these two things checked and ticked off, check the fuel line or proper fuel feed to the injectors. Good luck. Keep your observations posed.

                      Cheers!

YES THE BIKE DOES CRANK PROPERLY, JUST DOESN'T FIRE UP.

                        check all fuses.
                        CHECKED. ALL CLEAR .

Caution is the byword now-do give a serious thought to whether you will continue to invest time, money, emotions into the machine or decide to let it go after getting it running-KTM's can be a perplexing nightmare to sort if/when they start to go bad.

Checked fuel pressure? Check your fuel lines, and check the injectors if they're spraying fuel. Remove the injector and check. If all these parameters are fine and still the bike doesn't start, I'd strongly suspect valve timing. Keep trying and keep your observations posted.

Going by the pic you've posted earlier of the state of the fuel! I highly doubt your throttle body and injectors are choked! I mean I do agree there is fine fuel filter after the fuel pump outlet from the tank, but it can only do so much if with this level contamination. Along with bike being parked for so long.

One way to solve this, get a compression test done, are you hitting 8psi-12psi+ compression and do you have current through the Spark Plug? then it's 90% guaranteed to choked injector and throttle body.

If you do find the injectors choked, remove them and the best way to clean it is take a 9V HW battery, couple it with injector to turn it to ON state and valves open up, spray some injector cleaner in reverse from outlet to inlet direction. There are ton of videos on YT showing on how to do it
