    Approx Rs.2000 including labor for both forks. that was what i paid around a year or so ago.
    Fork oil around 500rs for 2x bottles
    Seals 800rs 2x seal kit.
    Labor 600rs

      Couple of years ago, labour charges per fork was a lil over 400 in Bangalore. Around 1050 per fork inclusive of all.

        Hi guys, does anybody know how we can order KTM Powerparts in India? I heard KTM guys(showroom) can order them for us. Is it just a speculation or anybody ordered from them?

          they used to sell powerparts sticker kits and some basic stuff at the dealers. you could ask them if they can order the other parts (iirc there is a powerparts catalog at the dealer).. not many in india actually order them (maybe due to cost factor), so the dealers and maybe even ktm doesn't bother marketing them aggressively here in India.

            KTM PowerParts sourced from KTM authorized showrooms are eyewateringly exorbitantly priced. If you really intend to purchase a "PowerPart" I'd recommend you to purchase it from any friends if you have abroad. They can probably bring it for you when they return to India. Getting stuffs through e-commerce can warrant additional charges levied, i.e. customs et cetera; the more costlier the item, the higher the customs. A simple KTM Hat worth Rs. 450 costs in the range of Rs. 1500 here Rs. 1600 in India, apparel are a clear eyewash when it comes to VFM proposition.

            Do take heed on what you want and how much you're willing to spend, and will it really matter in the end spending much, just to make it better looking and get better brownie points.

              Thanks Sir. I intend to buy few good things like engine protection cover(not external chassis) and tail tidy but since they come at eye watering prices, I would rest the case.

We'll see the finished work, once he machines out the brass oil filter cover with tubes and then finally installed. I have asked some questions to him, let's see what he has to say about it. Fantastic DIY guy.

                    Yeah he is a genius. I also like jeet bhaskar's channel, recently he has done rebuilding 390 engine by himself !

                      Recently bought a used duke 390 2015 model run about genuine 25k km. It runs absolutely brilliant, but the stopping power is way less, not even compared to dominar. So to imrove breaking i am planning to do the following things. Please provide your views.

                      1. Sintered pads from 2017
                      2. New brake master cylinder from 2017 model
                      3. New disk on front, as the present one is having few grooves and markings.

                        The fastest and the cheapest way is to replace the front brake pads to that of the current sintered ones. They offer excellent bite when compared to older organic pads. Secondly, get the adjustable front brake lever along and it improves the braking leverage and feel.

                            Not required VJ, these mods will more than be enough. If you're still not satisfied after the performance, then you can upgrade the MS. But trust me, it's more than sufficient and oodles of improvement from the old ones.

                                Absolutely. Keep us posted. Make sure, you clean your front caliper innards, make sure it's degreased thoroughly, bleed the front system free of air and with fresh brake fluid while installing new pads.
