I just gone through and read that page your mentioned. So what's conclusion at the end of the day?

Shall i keep the new engine oil as it is and let the condensation go by itself? Or i require an engine flush?

ran the bike half a kilometer with new oil and filter. parked under the shade till 9.45 am in the morning. Just took this pic now (2.30 pm) removing the filler cap. Looks like the condensation is still out there inside the engine too :
Good to know you are okay. Can you upload a picture of the oil level sight glass.

If oil looks like a brown milky fluid - oil is mixed with significant amount of water - don't operate engine in that state. If that oil is black/golden brown but clear like a glass, I wouldn't worry. I don't think those owners reached any conclusion as SVC themselves were clueless. A little bit of condensation under the cap is okay. I don't know if a commercially available flush or Kerosene or Diesel can effectively remove water as they are mainly for removing gunk/dirt/varnish, etc.

You get advice from owners and experts, meanwhile read this - this has happened before:

    Guys need urgent help.

Today morning i was into changing my engine oil and oil filter. Drained old oil and removed old oil filter as well. When i opened the oil filler cap to pour new oil, i saw a white foam deposit

asked some of my friends and told its because engine oil turned into soap because of water entering to the breather tube and needs to clean the water in the air filter box and advised me to do engine oil flush. but i already poured the new engine oil and oil filter, without flushing.

I need some expert advice how to fix it properly and avoid any mishaps in the future because i already poured the new oil and changed to new oil filter without doing anything else.

If this is true, then the worn/damaged front sprocket might have accelerated the wear on the chain as VJ has mentioned causing it to stretch. I had to change my front sprocket after 11000kms IIRC, I didn't bother to try any temporary fixes. Just like in your case, the SVC wouldn't give the front sprocket separately, so used P150's. At the time of selling the bike, the chain was in good shape and had plenty of adjustment left.

This was the adjustment mark on the day of sale (ODO was ~17000kms)-

The the rear sprocket may seem fine, but you know the devil is in the details, and can be the case with yours. Staring with a elongated chain and a worn out front sprocket or a combination of both. Do post a picture of your rear wheel axle bolt at the current setting, this will give us an idea as to the life of the sprocket. Do post a picture or two of your rear wheel axle bolts, both left and right which will give us an idea as to a yes or no.

    Cheers!

    Check
-> Throttle cable free play and adjust if required.

    -> Routing of the cable.

Thanks for your advice, Shashank. I'll post pics over this weekend for further consultation.

The front sprocket might be hidden problem... 6 months prior, I had purchased it separately from SVC as I was facing harshness and noise from front sprocket. Some wheel adjustment and lubing did worked but seems it needs replacement now.

What surprised me was, SCV Spare part department manager communicated that do not sell the sprockets separately and it would come in set. After much email and talks with Suzuki folks, they obliged and I was able to buy one.

This is happening once or twice daily. Anyone else ever faced this issue?? How was it fixed??

    P. S: I own a sf fi abs model.
I also had this previously and cleaned the key assy at home myself. Seems like you've got the job done. Cheers.
