you need to stiffen up the rear suspension by atleast 4 steps if you are carrying such load.
Infact me being around 85kgs, i run my duke at 4 notches above the stock (which is 3). There are totally 10 adjustable 'steps'.

I can't download it! Is there any other link? Is it ok to carry normal weights? like ~70KG?

EDIT: downloaded, looking at it now.

IMO, the stock setting suits just the rider. carrying a pillion , definitely recommend bumping up the setting according to weight.
you can also read about 'sag'/'setting up a suspension'
without all the technicalities, i would say if you frequently carry a pillion, set the suspension to 6 (i.e 3 more than stock). if the pillion is a jumbo then the more you need to increase.

I've read many people say the suspension is stiff and uncomfortable, but after a few days of riding i feel that its not that stiff, its the ride is comfortable for me, but the pain in my palms is really bad now, i have to keep correcting my posture while riding so as to keep weight off my palms.

Also does anyone know any website which is selling paddock stands online?

              yes same issue 2 things
1st check if your chain and sprocket teeth are good also how many kms clocked 1200-1500 km is normal life depending on riding style of course.
2nd if it is over tighten dont weight for 100km drop the tension a bit...a loose chain is better than tight one.

I loosened mine by one step. it's ok, not great, but I feel more bumps transferred up to me, and the stock was hard. I wish there was something in between them..

I ride a duke and yes,my rear is up 4 from stock. I weigh around 85kg(or maybe more ) and find it normal. I do not do any 'offroading' per se but its mostly city and highway rides. It also helps when i carry the ocassional pillion.
I do understand that bumping up the suspension setup might feel a little different on the RC's especially for solo.. but if you are carrying pillion, i definitely recommend bumping it up.

The ride quality is good even with a Pillion but i prefer riding solo its a lot of fun. Also is there a rpm limiter till first service? I've heard that there is but don't know at what rpm. I thought it was at 7.5k rpm but on an empty flyover i wasn't paying attention and the speed was 88 when i saw, i immediately eased off the throttle and was worried that i crossed 7.5k, i couldn't see the tachometer clearly as it is too small to read

The best way to prevent that is to keep the shift light at around 6500-6700rpm, worked for me pretty well!

I have tried various suspension setting over time, both up and down upto 3-4 nothes and found that bes setting is to keep the suspension 2 nothes above the standard setting. The feedback you get is amazing without affecting ride quality much. Also i weigh around 65-67kgs so the settings might vary. But 2 nothes up work for me the best, also try to tune the suspension for the best feedback instead of comfort because you are not going to get it anyway!

                            Relax!
there is no rpm 'limiter' (except for the cut off at 10500rpm).
That red light is only a indicator and can be set to whatever rpm you choose. On a new bike it is set to blink at 5000rpm (asking you to shift up) and stays lit up at 7500rpm (hinting to you to slow down.. for a safe run-in)
The 200 can touch exactly 100kmph at 7500rpm in 6th. So you could keep riding at that speed without 'breaking' ktm's run-in recommendation. Although going beyond the 7500rpm a few times isn't going to cause any issues whatsoever.

Thanks. I was worried i went way over the recommended rpm. The dealer has set 7000rpm as shift indicator and on the first day i was wondering why the hell it isn't lighting up! As he said he set it to 6000rpm, then i came home and set it to 6.5k rpm and it started lighting up.
