BTW, the stomp grip looks too inwards (centre of the tank). It might restrict your body from moving side to side while going into corners. Just a suggestion though.

..and the orange ring on the projector is really a killer. The swastika symbol, specially with the eagle looks more of a Nazi emblem.
    Thanks bro..

Thanks, yes the matte black is little more solid looking.. yep.. gives the bike a little more "big bike" look..

I actually picked it out of the nazi emblem.. so that's why I said that some people may like it and some may not.. coz it's Hitler related.. unknowing a lot of people hate him.. not their fault..

the stompgrip is actually good.. for cornering (which is pretty rare), all you have to do is stick your right leg out when tilting right with your left leg pushing your bike so that you move right.. similarly for left.. so, I didn't face any actual problem so far.. keeps me in place and I don't move around.. I'm happy for that..

Please shed some light on seat padding!

On the move from my XSP
sure yes.. the the seat padding, the guy just glued a 1 inch of foam over the seat, put up the cover (the one you see) and stapled the cover from bottom after folding them.. I'll post some pics later.. so yeah, it's a little hard still but much better and more grippy than the stock seat..

for the stickers, the stickers guy pasted a black sticker over the fairing covering the stock stickers, and then on top of it, he stuck the white eagle and all.. I told him to continue the orange like over the tank fuel cover, but he didn't.. he said that since it's metal, the sticker will come off soon.. so, not worth it..

live long.. live happy.. that's the best revenge that can be served to the people who hate you..

And first service done successfully. The raccoon (the rc200) still manages to attract a lot of unwanted attention while running and while being parked somewhere despite being a dust magnet

As far as fuel efficiency is concerned a reserve to reserve method gave me around 42+ kpl, mostly cruising around and ghat hunting. City efficiency is more like in the 30s.

Riding position is something that im still in process of getting used to. Its now inevitable that i should eat less and start working out.

Congratulations on your ride mate.. Yes, it DOES attract a lot of attention and make you not really comfortable, but don't worry, you will get used to it soon...

Yes the riding position is aggressive.. But hey, its a sportster..

Yes. Precisely. The supersport position is what made me fall for the bike in the first place. Need a pair of proper rear sets and good rubbers, probably metzelers. Only sore spot that i have are the rubbers, after getting used to the grip of the metz on the 390s, mrfs does seem a bit you know, less confident (very very tail happy).

Still the stock setup itself did wonders during my last ride up
the hills. Gotta say it was way more fun on the RC than i ever had on the r15( the one i used to nick out for occasional runs from a friend)

Pilot Street is a good replacement for the metzelers, the 390 i mentioned is currently running on them. They are pretty good in dry weather and the wet grip though not as good as the metz is pretty decent for that price [emoji51] considering you get them at half the price of the german elephant.

Heh heh , of course no confusion with the sporty, i am running that on my RTRs rear.

I already proved it.. Did a 400 kms ride on one day.. Now that I have padded the seat and added the tank grips, it will be a great tourer..
My only current issue is the handlebars.. Either I must get a pair of grips for softness or change the handlebars to 390 ones.. Not able to bear the vibrations..

Actually the service center guys say that we cannot add any bar ends to the 200.. Coz there's some threading that comes inside which is not there for the 200 and that's available in the 390.. I don't know how much true that is...
