When we start the motorcycle, the movement of piston and valves gives us a feedback which may also be termed as controlled vibrations.
Then when we want to move the motorcycle, we engage the clutch which, in some cases changes the engine sound but will not contribute towards creating vibrations.
Engine oil on the other hand will contribute towards vibrations because it is suppose to lubricate the moving parts inside the engine block and a low viscosity engine oil will greatly affect the movement of such parts hence increasing friction which will further create vibrations beyond the controlled level.
I personally feel you can change the engine oil to 20w50 or 15w50 like Motul5100 or 7100 and see the difference. I am pretty sure thats the problem.
And please tell me if changing the rocker arms will require opening the engine or not as I'm considering that too.

Do share if you have changed the Air Filter or not. You can also have the jet of the Carb thoroughly cleaned.
Believe me or not but clutch has nothing to do with vibes. Clutch would be responsible if there is knocking but, there is no knocking on your ride.

How much do rocker arms cost?

I don't know this is what I've been told, and on Monday the guy will open the clutch assembly and fit it correctly so most probably the vibes will go, right? because there were no vibes before the clutch plates changed.

SVCs have an itch of using sand paper on the clutch plates which causes gears to stick or not slipping into position. I would strongly suggest to look for a good mechanic locally.
They have not set the Clutch hub properly which may also be the reason for the First Gear.
If I were you, I would have given SVC hell for using a lower grade engine oil. Why would they do something as stupid as pouring in a lower grade oil with new set of clutch assembly?
Also have the Hub springs on the clutch assembly checked for tension. Make sure all the 4 springs are hard to equal level.

I am missing crucial tools to open the seat. The carb is blocked and I need to remove the tank to get that leftover fuel out. The CON nut set is history so I will have to take her to my mechanic. But I am thankful to you for responding.
