hi guys m new to this thread.. i own a ninja 250 and my friend owns the 2015 r3
the bike had been running great .. firstly it had the error 19 issue and after the recall, they changed the locks,tank lock,and the kill switch assembly
it was running fine till last week until the error 19 poped up again
we are from sikkim and his r3 is the only r3 here 😂 and due to previous meetings with the local yamaha service we were not very happy with them..
we checked the battery connections and found a fuse(MR2) connected buy the positive RED wire from the battery was making some wierd noises..

There is so much speculation going around regarding the R3. Its killing me.
Some say R3 will launch within this year - 2018 Yamaha YZF-R3 revealed, could come to India before end of 2017 - Overdrive

Some say R3 will come without ABS, the dealerships are hoping it will come with ABS.

As far as I remember no one from R3 owners group faced error 19 after recall, it might be coming because handlebar lock switch assembly was not changed properly and I think kill switch assembly was not changed, only handlebar lock switch and tank lock was changed.Originally posted by Pegyal View PostComment

BS3 vehicals will be banned (2 wheelers will be 1st) in FY18-19 - so not worth the money at this time.Originally posted by vinbex View Post
