So much efforts to put an all new braking system, bs6 compliance, tweaks to suspension and handle bars to make the bike more user friendly. How much it would have taken to give a new lighter and powerful headlight unit? That would have made it an all new bs6 2019 mojo.

Headlight Unit is not an issue , you can replace bulbs with LEDs . Regarding front heaviness , its not heavy anymore . Do take a test ride to believe it.

        Hello Tribesman from Chennai.
Anyone have any kindof information about the launch of 2019 MOJO in Chennai? The sales manager here says it will be here in another 8 days. Will it?
I will be waiting till Diwali. If there is no sign of it i would be changing my mind to a different bike. What should i do?

It'll take some time to launch in Chennai. They're in the process of getting the rto approval done for the new mojo abs. But you can book one from us at Nafs motors, Bangalore. We already have a few bookings from Chennai and their bikes will be delivered early November. Deliveries have already started in Bangalore. Delivered about 30 bikes already and more will be delivered before diwali.

How does this work. What would be the procedure to get it registered in Chennai if i book it in Bangalore? And there would be on road cost difference between Banglore to Chennai right? .

I am in the market for a new tourer. I am swinging between Mojo and Dominar. I am a relaxed rider and not in the top speed game so higher BHP does not really matter to me much but yes low end torque for a quick pick up does matter. While Mojo has a solid engine but it lacks the service network. At the larger business level, I am not sure whether Mahindra would continue with it. On the other hand, Dominar may not be as good as Mojo but it does have a solid service network and Bajaj won't shut shop. With every passing day it is becoming a head vs heart decision. I am in Bangalore and I guess Bangalore for now has a decent service support for Mojo but what about the future? I keep my rides for a long time. My previous ride was a 2006 RE Thunderbird which I rode almost a lac kms, now sold.

                      Thoroughly confused

Hello this is confusion for all potential buyers who are not much aware about MOJO , but being a MOJO Owner from last 3 Years i can assure you that Service is the USP of MOJO with very strong support . As a bike MOJO is not a vehicle that will require frequent SVC visit . You being at Bengaluru i would say do pay a visit to NAFS MOTORS and take a test ride of MOJO , all your queries will be cleared

Regarding discontinuation of MOJO here are few facts ,

                        - MOJO ABS got launched last month.
                        - IN Mumbai earlier there were 2 SVC , but in Last 1 year 3 more came up . So in total there are 5 SVC in MUmbai
                        - In Pune there was only one SVC , few weeks back they opened one more .

Do PM Me if you need any more information . You being at Bengaluru which is the HEART of MOJO as it has got the max number of MOJO i would say , dont think much . Just go for it.

                          Hello tribesman,
I had called up Mahindra mojo customer care to enquire about the bike. Since I am residing in Chennai they forwarded my number to the nearest dealership where mojo was available. No mojo still in Chennai, the executive said that they are planning for a mojo exclusive showroom in Chennai. Got a call the same day from Hosur dealership and Namakal dealership. Both of the dealers told me that one can book the vehicle from their dealership and they will deliver it to you, either home delivery or pick up at dealership. And will provide contacts and support for whichever RTO one wants to register.

Will wait for a week or two for any updates on Chennai dealership. Then will decide on how to proceed.
