Not bad I'm sitting at 5K and no trips planned either until the heat reduces.
I might get that seat guy to make me a wider, harder seat with a removable backrest for the rider - that will help me ride 500+ kms at a stretch without any stops. Right now I take breaks at ~300 kms.
He won't be able to help you with the backrest. Just the seat. We need to find a skilled fabricator here. I am on the hunt. Will update you.
Well, here's one good quality top view
Yo Tribe!
Almost touching 8k on the ODO right now. No major complaints or issues with the bike. Mahindra's support is AWESOME!
And after 2-3 different attempts I finally got Mojo's seat sorted for me and pillion. (More for the pillion)
The comfort is uber good now. Got this done from khajanchi, karol bagh, delhi.
Uber cool bro... where exactly is khajanchi in kb bro if I am coming from the hanuman mandir side ? I need a split done up for my NS. how much did this cost you ?

As I lay my rubber on the street
I pray for traction I can keep
But if I spin and begin to slide
I pray, dear God please protect my ride
And if I lay down my bike today
I pray to God I walk away...
I walk away to ride another day
Received my Volcano Red Mojo on Friday from Alfa motors, Bangalore. Took it for a short ride in the city and a small ride on the highways. My initial impression of the bike are:
Amazing throttle - The bike has amazing torque, its difficult to keep in less than 5K RPM during the run in period.
The rear brake locks quickly leading to fish tail ( I should get used to more of front brake). Though I was also applying the front brake, the rear broke is quite sharp in stopping.
The front end is quite heavy and will need sometime to adjust, taking a U-turn is now a more tedious process if you are in tight space ( I was using Apache which felt very nimble in taking sharp turns and U-turn).
Cant comment on the mileage yet as I have covered only 300 kms ( doesnt look bad as I thought )
The seats are on a softer side, I am not sure how your bums will take for a longer ride.
The road grip is very good thanks to Pirelli tyres, I dont think we would be able to go MRF or any other tyre in teh budget category after using this tyre.
On the whole, the bike is amazing and has real good grip on the road. The bike looks much better on the road than the pictures. I had hated the twin headlights which looked like a focus light in the construction site before, now it looks like a sweet Owl with thick eyebrows.
Guys i booked my Mojo today. Went for black colour. Would be geting on 9th june. Any suggestions where can i get knucle guards installed .and how do i get in touch with mojo tribe guys.

You can ask your SA to get you added after you have got your bike. Where did you book the bike from?
Everyone wants
i) ABS,
ii) less weight at front - maybe a single projector Headlamp
iii) a single silencer for further reduction in weight - underbelly one like Duke and TNT 300 would be perfect....
Hope that Mahindra is listening
