space doesnt work for me in the first line, while replying anybody else has this problem?

Symptoms i faced on RR unit failure:
    Engine shutting off while riding
    Sudden power lose
    headlight intensity varies?blinks

Are you sure? Cause I have seen all with the local LEDs, three side light, burnt the reflector vertically, starting from the light to the top, due to heat, not uniformly. I know Philips are good but the price is out of my reach.
Dont go for these cheap one sided led bulbs these are absolute garbage.
Better spend some more money and get some quality bulbs.

heat is heat, it could damage the reflector.
It is a risk nevertheless. But you could get a lower wattage LED and maybe that won't damage the reflector. Hopefully the ones with the fan's are better. And if you are planning to get one with a fan, make sure it would fit in the headlight assembly area.
Remember whatever generic led's you get in the market here are all mostly from china.. so aliexpress should be fine and you have more choice.

Give the aliexpress stuff a try.. some of them are good and worth the money you pay (buy from a reputed seller & with good reviews)

These phillips led's cost a bomb (i was told close to 10k).
Melting of reflector is due to infrared emitted by the halogen. Led dont generate infrared. As the current pass through led diode heat will be generated. This has to be brought under control else chip will fail. This is the reason leds has copper belts or fan to cool the chip. Philips are costly because its that good. Look for cree xhp-50 chip bulb if you want absolute light power

I didn't find any issue with the clutch. And I have noise issue with the windshield (I think so), which can be heard from 3.5k-4k rpm. I have taken the bike to the service center 2-3 times for this issue but it comes back again.

Coming to visor vibes its better to diy. Plastic part which is behind bubble causes vibes. Dismantle it and use old tubes material as washer. Problem solved

For the first line, this is too true cause my previous bike was Pulsar 150 2005 model, it was too torque'y and very comfortable, the sitting posture was like sitting on a chair. As years passed I've seen that 150cc bikes sitting posture changed. Now people coming suddenly from a comfy sitting posture bike to sports bike, they all will feel the pain. Now after 1 year, I got used to it and does not feel uncomfortable. Though it's not as comfy as my previous bike still it's very fun to ride with confidence.

I am close to complete 1 year of ownership with my R15S and already done 20000 km's . I am surprised it has clocked more miles than I imagine. I am keep on hearing track bike, hard suspension, back ache, ergonomic issue, Noise, vibration, Hand pain from the non R15 owners. As we know how good our bikes are.

    Positives:
    1. Smooth engine with great mileage on the O2 sensor variants 53+ kmpl . These figs are between 80-100 kmph . I felt this engine is vibey but after comparing with other makes this is the best which makes you give the feel to the rider. Other feel simply the engine is mounted on the big rubber block.
    2. Very comfy driving. Many wont accept but I never got back pain with R15 . I get my palms aching but few secs of rubbing will vanish. Recently drove another bike for the same distance which is supposedly comfortable bike but I have shoulder fatigue and back pain lasted for the whole day.
    3. Niggles... what is that. I have faced enough with my pulsar 180. In R15s, I have just changed oil as per schedule.
    4. Super smooth cruising. One can barely hear the engine running till 85 kmph. This is a boon when you travel in highways. If you take it higher rpm its the sweetest sounding single, no ringing inside your head and droning noise. Havent tested cbr150 but should be similar to R15
    5. Pretty good quality brakes and decent tires.
    6. Twin cluster headlamp. After replacing bulbs to Led's these are sheer driving bliss at night on the highway.
    7. Stable and sharp handling due to front weight bias but not as flickable as netural handling bias.
    8. Slick gear shifts.. Click...click..click.. is all what you hear from the gear box like a Swiss watch
    9. High quality parts used where needed. DID chain is still smooth @ 20K kms, Nissin brakes and Pads, Robust Swing arm
    10. Most important point which many may not aware, due to the liquid cooling there is no heat soak when travelling long distance as compared with air cooled engine. If you have the budget buy any liquid cooled engine.

    Negatives:
    1. Hard clutch due to poorly designed cable system. Due to the sharp bend its prone to snapping and getting hard
    2. Omission of clock in the display. Its a useful feature which is miss especially on the night drives
    3. Prefer little more torque at the lower end. After driving Gixxer this feel anaemic and need torque tonic.
    4. Short service interval., but I am doing service by myself due to poorly trained mechanics at the service station.
    5. Ofcourse hard suspension sometime offsets the bike and throw you out.

Forgot to add one important Con.
CLUTCH BELL Noise . May be this is the vibration or harshness we are referring to the engine
