Finally got my red beauty on 26th Feb. Also got a MT helmet on one of my colleague's recommendation.

    My first ride experience...
    # Bike is certainly a head turner and has got looks. Every time I stop at signal, other rider besides me and people in cars eye the bike. When I took the bike for puja at temple, the priest (known to me) said that this is the first time he was seeing a benelli and is impressed. As per him he has done puja's for harley but first time for benelli

    # I drive a honda city and could compare the bike with my car. Bike is responsive (though am restricted to keep it below 5K rpm), easy on speed breakers (bangalore has all kinds of breakers and this one was a relief as with my car I have to be extra cautious on breakers), is stable and had an assuring sound.

    # Bike has little vibration but as others said it should go off after first servicing.
    # As per benelli, accessories are not available, I wanted to get the siders fixed asap.
    # Rear mirrors do not give proper back view, so planning to loosen them and push them a little back. Any other suggestions?
    # Showroom guy told me that there is no need to clean and lube the chain and can be done during servicing. What would be your recommendation?

I had taken test ride of Yamaha FZ, Kawasaki Ninja 650 (and naked), Benelli 300 & 600 before I finalized on T25. Quite happy with my choice as I feel its value for money and most of all suits my usage!

Clean and lube chain every 500kms at least else the Sprocket and chain life would be wasted. Benelli already has some case history with the Sprocket wearing out so soon on the TNT 300. So please beware! Don't listen to that moronic showroom guy.

I'm little curious to know why you took a test drive of the Ninja 650r & 600i but finalized a single cylinder? No offense Bro.
      Ride Safe!

      Cheers,

Thanks for suggestion on chain cleaning and lube.

Liked both Ninja 650r and Benelli 600 (my friend has one). Choice of T25 was purely based on my usage need, which is mostly city commute and occasional long drive.
Found T25 easy to handle and good value for money.

          Congrats

Please get the chain cleaned every 500KM to be on the safer side, i usually do it between 600 to 700KM.

Was surfing over the net and found this below, this is how the Headlight looks for Benelli TNT25 AKA BJ25 outside india

IMO the Indian tnt25's are way more better than their graphics and head light. Simple and elegant.

Sad Update: My Dealer was not able to deliver due to some technical issues, mentioned about refunding. I have asked for the same.

Now once I get my booking amount back, I will have to go to thane dealer for booking & again wait in queue. Pathetic experience I must say.

                        Congrats mate, Keep rocking.
Being honda fanboy i was waiting for the New version of CBR 250 and when Benelli launched this i was completely hooked on the first impression of it then with the on road price i was like and ditched the CBR plans. Planning to book in the coming week, apart from the vibrations and brakes i felt handle bar is a bit wide (am 68 kgs with 5.9 ht), did you too felt the same on your first ride.
                        Regards
