As of now every part to be replaced is available in pune so it will take 4 days to come. But a single gear is missing ( dont ask me which gear even idk) so they will have to order it from the main factory which will take 25 days (approx)
Welcome Buddy !! OMG 25 Days that means for around one month you will be not having your bike and its quite painful for this long wait.
Hope the parts will arrive soon and you will get it back earliest..
    Thanks,
    Anway Kale.

      Hi Guys ,
Got my bike back from service center . For the Whistle noise from the engine , they said the water pump's rotor was tight which they have fixed..

Thanks bro,, yes 25 days are ALOT . They haven't even explained me why it happened. They just tell that a service engineer has come from pune to analyze it but its 2 days i haven't either got his number or a chance to talk to him. Lets see what happens, i will update it here! Being an engineering student i know that failure and fatigue in mechanical components happen but on a consumers point of view a bike worth 2L shouldn't die just under 20 days or 1600 kms .

I have done around 1500km. Started noticing two issues...
          1. The gear gets stuck sometimes below first gear and while shifting gears and I could feel that it is not smooth.
          2. Rear brake was making slight noise.

Called up Anand (service center manager) and took the bike to service center today.
They did some setting and tightening of clutch. For the brake they told me that brake pads are fine. They cleaned the brake pads with sand paper and refitted the brake.

On the way back noticed considerable difference and the both the problems are gone. Will keep a watch on gear shifting though.
Also was quite happy with the behavior of service staff.

BTW, came to know that there's a free mansoon checkup camp going on.

Nice to hear that the issues are solved. Regarding the behavior of service staff they are quite professional and well behaved as i have experienced with Royal Enfield svc people those are completely opposite of this.
            Thanks,

I couldn't meet the guy but had a phone conversation with him, he was the north zone incharge of benelli. He said that a teeth on a gear on the counter shaft broke which resulted in the gear meshing gone wrong and then they locked. He said what i did good was i immediately stopped the bike intead of pushing it . That reduced the amount of damage. Also he said he sourced everything from pune so it would take them a max of a week to repair it,which is great . He sounded like a nice and informative person so i didnt pushed it much and agreed! He also said that he will personally take care of my case and get me the updates.

Hehe!! No buddy this problem should not happen with anybody's ride. Good thing is that instead of part coming from china it will take very less time to reach Delhi from Pune..
                      Thanks,

A very rare sight! Black Benelli TNT25 @ Motoday, Lavasa, Pune. One and only bike in India. It's was a testing bike they said brought here before the launch for testing. See the belly pan shape and compare it with our bike, this one is edgy and lower.
                          P. S : Black colour in TNT25 didn't standout in the Benelli flock of 60 70 bikes because of the black panels on the bike, i.e the reason they didn't bring this colour.
And hatsoff to DSK guys for arranging everything for us and that to for free!! What an amazing experience! Check out the pictures on 'DSK Benelli India' and 'MOTO DAY' pages on Facebook!

Today Morning came to bike tried to start it, the egine did crank but the bike was not starting,

Everything looked good, then i remember people complaining about the fuel gauge, for me it was showing 2 bars.

Opened the fuel tank and saw the petrol, the tank was almost empty .

Was getting late so took car and came to office, will fill petrol and try to start it tomorrow morning now.

Not sure why all bikes will have same issue of Fuel Guage.

Will let you know what was the issue.

What they told me was that the fuel guage was in the back side on the tank hence it usually fluctuates in all benelli bike. I dont think thier is a solution to the problem except you know [emoji14] more petrol.
