Sounds nice.. Over here there are no exhausts available at all. You plan to change the exhaust or would be keeping it stock?

Also FYI the 3M quote for covering TNT25 with protection film goes upto 8K-10K.(Areas included Tank, rear end, front trye cover
Only care has to be taken is do not spray water at great force on radiator as it may damage fins. And overall ask him to keep the water spray mild to avaoid any potential damage. And after wash please lube the chain.
PPF cost is quite high i am planning to apply it only on fuel tank as it is most likely to get scrathes.

As we are going on a ride of 1000kms on 12th , i planned some important accessorize. Went to benelli to get my licence plate and RC . Also got a charger and hazard lamps fitted. While coming back on the highway at around 100-110 kmph . Thier was a sudden gear messing sound in the gearbox (it was loud) i being an automobile engineer knew that its gone ,i then parked my bike on the side and allowed it to cool thinking that it might be engine overheat issue . But the bike refused to start . The ignition motor wasn't working only the relays sound was coming. the first time got to use the RSA service. Took the guys 30 mins to come to my location. They checked the bike and declated that its an engine failure. As till now my bike is 1 month and 10 days old thats 40 days. I havent driven it for total of more than 20 days. The kms on the odo are 1622 kms. They then called company which in tern called a crane. The crane was in gurgaon ( if anybody knows areas in delhi) it is approximately 100kms away. We waiited for like an hour but then a call came at 10:40 that the crane wont come before 12 or 12:30 . So i was asked to either stay thier or give the custody of my bike to those mechanics who checked it earlier. I being hungry since the morning came home. As the service centre was closed the bike was to be delivered to my home . The crane with the bike came at around 1 in my society. The crane was special for bikes . It had a trolly type of thing on which the bike was kept. So you open the rear gates ,put the rails then push a button and slowly the trolly moves to the ground with the bike. On asking he said it was meant for performce bike. The only thing i am told as of now is that the crane will pickup my bike in the morning and will take it to service centre which is again 40 kms away from here. A special notice RSA isn't benellis personal service they have acctually a contract based thing with some india assured. Who in tern has contracts with crane owners and private resgistered mechanics . Haven't it been for the RSA i had to pull the bike from the highway and what not. Now lets see what happens!

Uhhh bro, really? Mine has 3600+ now, I started to feel some gearbox rudeness to downshift, I assume is the type of oil... But not sure... This is the last thing I could think of this bike, but if I get an engine issue, will get ride of the bike, so far we know it lacks refinement, but engine issues... That's a different story.
Hope it's nothing major, but please keep us on the loop.
I got some new bar end mirrors for mine...

                    Hai Rohan,
I am senthil from Salem,Tamilnadu.I sent my bike through RSA three times once to Bengaluru as well as I sent my bike through RSA for a second time to Coimbatore issue with oil leak in the engine head,
I heard the issue of bike(TNT 25) refused to start almost from three persons you are the fourth one, really is this questionable over the reliability of benelli even issues almost with TNT 25,
As of my view benelli providing best service but Area where they lacking of is the technician and advisors not have vast knowledge of handling issues for an example I sent my bike for oil leakage on the small chain sprocket four times to bengaluru service centre nut they didn't rectified the issue the fifth time I sent my bike to Coimbatore SVC the issue got rectified,
Issue over the relay and starting problem with TNT 25 I found common these days should be need a recall over the issue immediately

                      Two different ridings
Yesterday I was returning from office to home. It took almost 45 mins to cover 10 km in the heavy Chennai Friday rush. The radiator fan was working all the time and my right leg was feeling the heat like anything. Even my pillion rider was telling about the heat.

Today morning went for ride at 4.30 am towards pulikat lake. It's 60 km from Chennai and took the same 45 mins to reach. With rpm below 5000 and speed around 80 km/hr the radiator bar at 2 only..

Hmmm... so long distance it's fine but city traffic and that too Chennai climate...
                      It's difficult....

It's really sad to hear that a month old machine has so many issues. Even in Kolkata the situation is the same, I really doubt the quality & reliability of Benelli Engines.
Problems can crop up but in so many machines that's not accepted.
Even I've a TNT 300 bought in March 16, there was a kit kit sound coming from the engine bike was there in the service Centre for more than a month just got it back on Tuesday, will test the bike this weekend.

                          Hai anwaykale..

We have so many exhaust experties in Malaysia..
What we did here was just choose the muffler, and the technician will did some calculations and measurements for the piping system..some of them prefer direct piping, spiral piping n install the slip on port..so if u wish to change to another muffler..just slip on to it..

Then the metal craft will take part..
After done installation, they will send your bike for dyno testing..
..connect your bike to the computers as well as some electronic devices with those wires here and there.. n for sure i dont know how to read the graph..and yeah..its a New set up for the engine..

I always ride my tnt 25 in a very long distance..
As for now, i rather to keep it on stock..

Just want to share some issues happening here..

                            1) mulfunction water pump..the seal on the water pump was broken..the dealer took responsibilty by ordering a new sparepart..tooks about 1 week to deliver..(mileage : 7000 km)

                            2) gearbox problem..difficulty 2 shift 1 N 2 and 6..i need to stop the bike, pull the gear by my hand..just imagine i did this on the heavy traffic..send the bike 2 the dealer, the dealer did some adjustment on the clutch plat or somewhere around that.. (mileage : 1034km)

                            3) starter problem : one of my friends used Yamaha Nouvo starter relay (scooter) and it works well on the tnt 300.

                            4) tnt fail to turn on : check the fuse..there are lot of electronic fuses being installed in the tnt 25/300..avoid heavy rain if u could..beware the rear seat of the bike as the rain could easly flow into it..that is y tnt rider in Malaysia keep so many electronic fuses..so that if this thing happend, just D.I.Y.

                            5) Never use Radiator Cover on your bike..many riders here faced problem regarding the radiator due to this installation..even Yamaha Malaysia inform the cstmers to remove this accessory..

                            6) maybe u can try thermal wrap onto your exhaust pipe to reduce the heat..

                            Warmest regards,
                            D.D

                                Hello everyone
Update- the vehicle is in the showroom . They said that a bolt in the clutch loosened up to let a gear slip which also caused internal damage. The is the first time they got a case like this so it has been raised to the concerned authorities. I will get the update on monday as tomorrow is a holiday as to what has to be done. The parts are not with the showroom guys so they will later order them!
