Thank you very much Alcalo, how you remove thr 25 number? covering up it? I get this bag and looks very good Masterbag Maleta Colin Motocicleta Porta Casco Fz Pulsar Inv - $ 700.00 en MercadoLibre

I have a vibration inside my right mirror Im trying to figure out how to disassemble or maybe change it for a bar end mirros, but I like confortable angled mirros, if you have a suggestion, please let me know

    Have a great ride

Thank you for your answer, the maximum size without decrease performance and avoid future problems is 160/60-17

Shhh don't post classified information on this forum like that. You know Decepticons might be watching this thread.

The sticker on my motorcycle is different from the one that is found in the black and white colors. In those, the "25" comes with a red background (to highlight the Italian colors) but mine doesn't have any background (since the motorcycle is already red ) so the number can be easily removed (I went to a professional sticker design company for automobiles and they did a great job).

I also have the exact same tail bag / helmet holder (from Masterbag) and it's really an awesome product!!! (definitely a must-have) I originally purchased it for my Pulsar NS but I realized afterwards that it was also compatible with our Benelli TNT.

Regarding your mirror, perhaps you could go to any authorized Benelli/Keeway service center to have it adjusted. One of the advantages of this bike is that it borrows some parts from the Keeway RKV 200 (just the mirrors, the footpegs and the tail light... don't think that too much is shared ) so they will know how to fix that.

Quick Question: Do you have found any compatible frame sliders for this bike? There still no official accessory available at Benelli Mexico.

        Regards,

        - Alcalo

          Hi All,

I would like to share a issue which is happening from yesterday evening. From yesterday my Tnt 25 is not starting even after trying to start multiple times (**tried starting by keeping gap of a minute**) whenever i am pushing starter button i can hear the starter motor trying to start the engine but no luck and while doing this the LCD display on dashboard is getting faint and then again visible. I tried to figure out whether it was battery issue but other functions such as headlights , horn are working perfectly.
So yesterday when bike not started i started i cranked it by using age old method that is push start i just went to a slope rolled down the bike and put directly in second gear and bingo engine came back to life. Then i ride for about 10 Kms to provide charge to the battery and came home and shut off the engine and when i tried again facing the same issue. After some time will be contacting Benelli service personnel and will be taking bike tomorrow to their service center hope so it will be a small issue. And i always fill fuel from Shell bunk. so bad fuel possibility is less and if it was bad fuel then bike engine would have stalled while running but that is not the case as bike runs perfectly fine once it is started by the push method. Will update once i check with them.
And it has been only 4 months of my bike and my daily usage is of 50 Kms so chances of battery getting discharged due to no use is also not there.
          Lets see what happens !!
          Thanks,
          Anway Kale.

What i can think of is that the starter relay is at fault. Do try to press horn for 5-6 seconds and see if the tune fluctuates to find out battery issue!

Hello everyone , done with the 1st service bill was of 1350. Total kms done is 1200 kms. Bike is now 15 days old. It was an AMAZING experience at benelli delhi service centre. And they also serve great coffee ( which i drank 3 cups) [emoji14] they have the knowledge. We will be working on hazard lights setup so i will inform you guys with any update and i got the extended warrenty for tn25. Also i installing the second disk is just a plug and play process but this asks for an amazing price [emoji14] at 21k it wont be the bang for the buck . I will try to find some other alternate! After the service - the bike now responds more maturely. The throttle is quick , i can feel the crisp response, gear shifts are better , not the best but maybe more wear and tear will help them down the line. DO NOT TRY TO DROP GEARS WHEN YOU ARE IN HIGH SPEEDS ( if you are running at 80 or 90 and suddenly you want to take a break and you hold down the cluch then start dropping the gears without applying the breaks) dont drop it to 2nd gear , till 3rd its fine but dropping it to second is dangerous even when you are holding clutch ( if somebody wants to know the working of the process i will either post another comment or will messege you) . Dropping the gear to second will be fine under 50 or 40 but not more than that!
Anyways moving on - this bike just ruined the line (dump the clutch and see the world disappear) the initial doesn't come good , it doesnt pop but maybe that will help me in getting longer engine life maybe [emoji14]
Any question or queries , do shoot them!

Thanks for the update. 21K is quite high for additional disc. And regarding hazard lights you will be checking for any plug and play device to activate this feature or by any other means it can be achievable ?
                Thanks,

If you are rich an amazing solution is to put the switch cluster of tnt 300 with some added wires and its done( i didnt even dared to ask its cost after he told me the cost of disk setup) another way will be to use wires ro redirect it to another switch , its a MUCH MUCH cheaper alternate and will work perfectly fine for me so i will go for that. After that i will be needing pattern hazards lights so will also search a solution for that.

Great thanks for sharing. Do share the details once you do that. But also check regarding whether warranty will get void as there will be modifcations.
                    Thanks,

If you are asking this will be a daredevil act 😂 you wont void the warrenty but you will be on the brink of! Warrently voids when you cut the wires in this case you will just have to peel them. If something unfortunate happens you just have to tape that and send it for claim.

Few posts back i have posted one information regarding information on plug and play device available for KTM duke to activate the hazard light feature. Its simple to plug and voila feature is activated. Same i am searching if any available for Benelli.

Oh you might be talking about that small device. See its easy in those bike. Next time you go to you bike lift up the rear seat and you will see that all the wires either go through body or with chasis they dont run above the body like every normal bike hence it wont be easy . Someone has to study the circuit diagram and then built one for it. Its a complex job!

                                Hi Anway!!
There may be two reasons to happen:
1st may be the internal wiring is getting short when you were trying the self start. When you press it, the voltage was getting dropped and this causes the display to put off.
2nd may be the battery draining issue when you apply the load on it..

Please have the service immediately to get rid off the problem..
