    Service Cost:
    1st Service - Appx Rs 2500/- (1000 km)
    2nd Service - Appx Rs 3700/- (4000 km)

Let me know if you wish to know exact details and breakdown of the service cost!!

FE is between 25-35 kmpl depending on riding style and conditions. Huge 17ltr. tank is seriously a boon
Guys, i have been asking this before but let me ask again.

2500 for first service ?? can you put up the break up because in Pune first service was not more than 1k.

I believe someone was charged a similar amount in Coimbatore,

I am not able to understand this big difference. In Pune we paid only 1000 for first service. Pune guys can confirm..

Here it gors- i have probably covered every type of road in 5 days. Highways, expressways, mountain corners, off-roads, congested city roads, 3 lane city roads. And what i could tell is
Vibrations- they are very subtle under 6k ( if you dont have the required torque you will have more of them)
Handeling - i am loving it , cuts nice and crisp. I still have to develop confidence as this is very good even in corners. I have taken knee downs and they feel great though not so good feedback
Comfort - it feels very premium ( you wont feel it until you own it) quality is good , seat are nice , i am getting backaces because i am adjusting to new seating position. Have been riding apache since 6 years.
Braking- they are soft and spongy, very bad for our roads , though good for corners.
Did 60 kms today. Shoot more questions
I being not the type who would just drive bike , i love to learn about automobiles.
I have opened many bikes and engines being an automobile engineering (pursuing) (have been working for automobiles for past 5 years now )
And its very complicated under the skin you see, the engine, the wiring they are not something you would learn about while you just take a glance so i guess i will stick with the service guy to learn a thing or two.

Even I am planning for same, we have a new 3M store opened nearby. he asked me to bring bike for rates as it depends on sq feet.
But not sure if they will have to open a few parts to apply the wraps, as our bikes have different parts on fuel tank. though it will be done by experts, do not want them to touch any screw or nut so early.

The benefits mentioned to me are the paint is protected & the film absorbs all the scratches and you can replace the film after you feel it is dull, as it can be removed easily.
Will visit him once to find out estimate.

Thanks for the information GTDOM.. I think they need to open the seats to access fuel tank for applying PPF. And regarding rates 3M (Karvenagar, Pune) quoted me Rs 550/- per sq ft and he gave me estimation of around 3000/- Rs in order to cover tank and rear side panel.
Will again check with them regarding opening of any parts etc.
                  Thanks,
                  Anway Kale.

You opt for synthetic or semi synthetic oil?
                      Thanks,

The service centre guy showed me 3 options, I honestly didn't know which to put so put the one which was in between the other two with respect to pricing

                          I think it's fully synthetic & its motul 7100 because 7100 comes around ₹800/litre.

I am planning for a coastal ride end of this month which would be around 600kms, I've clocked 3000kms in 4 months and my service is due on 11th may. The service manual says 4000kms or 90 days post 1st service, so should i get my bike serviced before or after the ride? Thanks in advance!
