  • Prolonged oil leakage in benelli TNT 25

    Hello Guys,
Already I have posted one thread regarding oil leakage in my two months old benelli TNT 25(clocked 2300 Kms) still the problem persists again after I made three more attempts with service centre they changed the small chain sprocket oil seal two times last one at home service yesterday the changed the new heat resistant sprocket oil seal after I rode 50kms yesterday and around 35 kms today,

After I parked my vehicle in the garage I just check with sprocket and engine bay I got fresh oil leak on finger,so I am in state of hectic moment and send a mail to benelli regarding the issue and replace me with new one or refund my money spent on bike until no,

The problem has not rectified even after three more attempts with service centre and one service at home,

So give your valuable suggestions for this issue

    Regards

    Senthil M

Yes , but that where we turn on our headlights. Maybe thier is a provision but in our models it is the headlight/piolet lamps button.

Wouldn't be a problem to fit. Because I've seen 180 section tires on Duke200 and might fit on our bike as well.

Don't know about the fitting but performance would take a hit and chain sprockets will also wear out quickly.

One more additional point is regarding the warranty. Please check whether it will the warranty.

I don't think warranty will be the issue because it comes under wear & tear parts like brake pads, tyres, etc.

Aren't you guys discussing this topic way early? Also 180 IS AN Overkill. I have seen what this m5 150 can do. You can get stikier rubber in this segment or the 160 from the tnt300. Thats enough to suffice even for track.

Yes metz 150 is best, leech like grip it provides on both wet & dry surface.

I have been wanting to post an update. Completed 700 kms. I got a new finding, its not only the brakes that are trying to kill you ( i posted in the earlier post) i got one more item, though will not disclose it as of now. Will talk to benelli service guys and get an answer as that should not happen ( in my knowledge) then will post it. The fuel guage is not accurate , the horn is very cheap and bad . My rtr sounded way better. Also i noticed that at 85 in 6th gear engine can be vibbey or soft depends on the method you approach it. Will try out different methods to find out which way is better. The tyres are fantastic. And the seating position isnt as good as i expected, it wont very good for long rides. Also it does tend to heat up in low speeds( please comment your experience ) . Thats all i guess. Will post the next update when i get it serviced that will be in some 4-5 days.
