Benelli suggests DiamondBrite, which was not available online. I read over forum that Tribocor is better than Motul & 3M.
Personally I will go with Motul, knowing the fact that they manufacture quality products, but Tribocor is worth trying & its cheaper than motul.

I use tribocor for cleaning and lubricating the chain. Its a VFM product and the lube lasts for around 800 kms.

            Hello Achyutish,
Absolutely I feel the same oil seal packing should be done with new one

              Hi everyone:

I just have a quick question: What kind of engine oil do the dealers use in India when performing the service? I ask you because it seems that my TNT came with fully synthetic oil from factory (from a brand called Bel-Ray) and when I did the first service the dealer used mineral oil from REPSOL.

The bike is still working excellent but I noticed that the gearbox was a bit smoother with the original oil that the bike came with.

What kind of oil do you use for your bikes?

                  Motul... Great!!!
I used to Motul on my old Honda Dazzler 150, 62000 kilometers with not a single engine issue.
In Costa Rica, Benelli brand is distributed by Yamaha dealer, so they are using Yamalube on my TNT. I will be back to full Synthetic Motul 7100 as soon as the "free" maintenance is over.

Wow! That's pretty premium for being an oil used by a dealer (usually they use the most... ahmmm... affordable ones). I even think that it's quite exaggerated for the kind of engine that our motorcycles have but well... it doesn't do harm either!

How much do they charge for a liter of Motul 300v in India?

Agreed! Only they use it as service oil. It might have a high margin ( its the costliest oil available in India) . The problem is that in India benelli has set quite a short service interval of 4000kms. So every 4000 the drain the 1.5Liter fully synthetic oil ( the oil is rated to last 10000 kms) hence increasing the cost per service. The oil in market is available for 1000rs or 264 mexican peso. They use 1.5Liter so the cost comes to around 1500 rs or 395 mexican peso. And thats just the cost of oil change. Hence , per service bill normally is above 2500 rs or 655 mexican peso.

Yamalube is like very very bad. Yea , go for motul 7100 . That should make a huge difference to the smoothness and life of the engine!

Pick up some free goodies from dealer today, rear brake reservoir cap does not fit... It might be for BN600 I think...
