Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
As abhishek_pustake just mentioned (and a lot of other owners will tell you the same) the vibrations seem to be significantly reduced after the 1st service. I'm not sure if this "extremely known" issue is specially applicable to India. When I bought this bike in Mexico I was expecting the vibrations to be somewhat catastrophic (because what I read on the reviews) but I was surprised to feel that the engine "refinement" was good overall.Originally posted by vipulsingh View PostRequiring help to know how to recover from the vibration..
Have you got rid of d vibration of this bike..??
Please revert me with relevant justification..
I'm not sure but my guess would be that perhaps the technique that is used in India when assembling the bikes is what causes the "lots-of-engine-vibrations" issue but anyway... it's good to know that the problem is fixed after the first service
.
Maybe you could ask a friend of yours (that owns a TNT 25) to let you test the bike after the first service is performed and see if you notice the difference!

I will be installing the 4K leg guard on first service that really gives a sporty character to the bike.
on first service planning the benellie Logo on the handle bar, cover for Break reservoir and leg guard total cost is around 6K.
If i find a exhaust in workshop around 20K which sounds good will go for that as well.
Update on my RIDE :
As i am getting used to the bike straight sitting posture after using RC200, i am finding it really easy to manure around the traffic with ease .
The exhaust note is increasing and i can feel it to my ear, even my brother said he can feel the difference from the day we bought it.
Only disappointment is brakes I hope they service center guys help me out. waiting badly for first service as i am unable to open it above 5K RPM as per manual..
Bro Congrats for the Bike....
My question is you bought the red colour version. Will the bike colour fade after coming years?? Because most of the red colour fade after a year..
Plz reply..

Thank U Alcalo for the reply..
I have asked the guy in the showroom what is d reason of having vibrations in the bike..
He said that the bike develops vibrations because bike is being in stock condition and not roughly used.
I couldn't understand how it is possible that it will reduce..

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
I have the red color as well but the answer to your question would come at some point of early 2017 because all of us are new owners so I guess we could tell until then. At the very beggining I wanted the white one (because it looks awesome in the pictures over the internet) but when I saw the red "in person" I loved it because as bikelover says... it gives more road presence to the motorcycle and... Man! An italian motorcycle has to be red!!!Originally posted by vipulsingh View Post

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
The CBR 250 was among my options as well before buying the TNT and the Honda looks a little bit outdated and the Benelli looks fresh and premium. Perhaps that's just my subjective opinion, but when checking the technical specs head to head I realized that the much better stock tires (Metzlelers), the improved suspensions, the trellis frame, LED lights, higher ride quality and the higher premium components made me to take the decision of buying the TNT instead of the CBROriginally posted by chidafn View PostHello Gentlemen.
I have been following this forum along with CBR250 R forum. With all your inputs, i have decided to buy CBR250 R. Right now, working on my finance. Will join the CBR brigade soon.
I thank you all for helping me clear my doubts.

For other potential owners that might be in the same situation in the future, I share the following photos with the TNT and the CBR side by side so you make the best decision:

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
There's a similar accessory available in India from Viaterra called the "Seaty" for 1100/- INROriginally posted by anwaykale View PostThanks Alcalo... Its very nice accessory.
Have picked it up from a local bike accessory store in Bandra for my Pulsar 200 NS.
Excellent addition to biking luggage specially for short city rides as it negates the use of a backpack if you just need to carry a few things

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
I think I had forgotten to mention that here in Mexico the TNT is more affordable than the CBR 250 and even the Duke 200! (its fiercest competitor) I know it's a different market but at that price and with those technical specifications... buying the TNT is a no-brainer decision here in Mexico!Originally posted by kausarayub View PostThe CBR with fairing and minimal stickering looks better to me :P
But, yes!!! It's pretty old now. Needs a mechanical as well as cosmetic upgrade.
Anyway I'll enjoy my TNT for a year o two before buying my next motorcycle: the 2016 Honda CB500X which is expected to arrive to my country at some point of 2017. I really like that bike because it's tall, it has a great crossover design, it has touring/offroad capabilities and an outstanding fuel efficiency! (it's absolutely perfect for me)
