Glad you shared the pic of bent lever. This shows the quality parts in bike, its all metal hence bent. If it would had been some other bike I am sure it would had been broken as in most bikes its made of cheap alloy with metal finish.

Update ** Clutch lever replaced yesterday from Benelli service center yesterday. Cost of clutch lever is 491 Rs (including taxes)..
I must mention that the service provided was superb and would also like to mention name of Service adviser Roshan and many thanks to him. On Thursday night at 8 pm i just messaged him that i will be coming tomorrow at 10 am to change the lever and he replied to me at 9 pm that he has informed concerned service person as he will be on leave on Saturday and as soon as i arrived at service station the concerned person immediately came and took the bike in service center and within flat half an hour i was back on road.. Must say a very fast service and great quality experienced this kind of service for first time.. Thanks to Roshan and Benelli service team Pune..

Another thing which i want to add is regarding cleaning and lubing of chain i discussed with the service person when he was changing clutch lever regarding that the appropriate interval he said that it is expected to clean and lube at 500 to 600 kms or 1 month in order to increase life of sprocket and chain. And while washing vehicle he said that do not wash the vehicle completely as chain losses lubrication so if washed thoroughly cleaning and lubrication is must.
And as a goodwill gesture they also didn't charged any labour charges to change the clutch lever thats a nice gesture from their side..
(I know everybody is aware about this but this info is for new people who are not aware of this fact)

Today when i went to book my TNT 25 my dreams are shattered as Delhi Showroom owner update me that currently in Delhi registration is not going due to some issue with Delhi Auth. And this issue is with 25 only not others TNT . In UP and Haryana registration is ok. He told me that it will take around 2 months to settle down but he is also not sure when this will come into existence .

Sad to hear this, but dont worry contact benelli helpdesk and try find the reason. Sometimes you should just not rely on showroom guys. They fooled me too by not delivering for over a month, which led to cancellation. Luckily we have another showroom in mumbai to our rescue which is good.

This is an answer to people cribbing about high cost of service and maintainence. 491 is perfect cost. Even hondas,yamahas & bajaj(i did not want to include this make as i hate them)charge similar to sell cheap material.

But he is ready to give Bike within 1 week . and mention that they provide Temp no. plate with All docs of bike . But i am not sure how it takes to settle down this issue with Delhi Govt.

Hello All

Checked with Benelli Customer care , they update that in Delhi new models which are launching , there registration has been stopped and this is for all Manufacturers even RE Himalayan also facing this issue in Delhi. As bikes are coming in BS 3 category this is reason and Delhi Govt want BS 4 engines .

So better do not get a bike for now even with temp number. Wait till issue gets sorted & then buy.

Query: Few days back I was riding with pillion behind, on passing a speedbreaker there was a thump sound as if fibre part touched road or tyre. This was repeated on another speed breaker too.
Today i heard similar sound when riding with pillion. I am curious now. Anybody faced such issue. I will ask to check during first service.

You might have bottomed the suspension. Is your suspension set to the softest?

If is my not wrong the rear suspension for benellie has no setting to make it softer or harder

Yes It does not have preload adjustment as long as i know,

But wait i did see the tool for it, will verify it.....
