Just mailed them, i think we should all ( who will send the mail) will follow the same story of parts non availibility, high service cost, some parts such as brake pads being expensive and then even wearing out at 3500 kms ( happened with me) which is a major shame !

An update regarding recomended air pressure -
I checked with Pune svc Service Engineer regarding recomended air pressure and got to know that its 36 psi for both front and rear wheel but in our service booklet it is mentioned as 41 psi which is not corrected it must have been corrected in current revised booklet but in earlier booklets it is 41 psi.
So please maintain 36 psi and not 41.Thanks,
Anway Kale.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Read about the service costs and brake pads cost!!! I am starting to worry as the cost involved is equivalent to maintaining a car. Need to take out bike very rarely if such is the case where we are shelling out more on service costs and spares than the actual bike itself.
Last weekend took the bike to Solapur, bike felt smoother while returning back to Pune, maybe i got used to the bike. There were moments where i felt the bike is giving up on me but it did not. Chain was making noise, not sure why as i got the bike on Monday 5th and hardly rode the bike. Clocked 600+ kms on the trip. Seating i felt was not comfortable, maybe i expected a lot from the bike, while returning to Pune had aches around my thigh areas. I read a blog from TNT25 owner that we will experience pain around shoulder areas which was true. Had to control myself when it mattered to maintaining 5k RPM with 80kmph speed with occassional bursts of 5.5k-6k RPM.
As solapur is 3rd tier city again i was cynosure of eyes as all were kept staring at the bike, had enquiries and KTM guys stopping by and looking at the bike. Can't wait for the day when i can revv it up and utilise the full throttle the bike has on offer.
Will visit the showroom soon and share my inputs with guys at DSK Benelli.

Mail copy
Dear sir/Madam,
No need of an introduction about mine already i done with loads of mails to you people senthil kumar(TNT 25)from Salem,Tamilnadu.
After we discussed through the forums in SBK's category really untapped market in India. here's a chance to grow your brand Benelli among others with huge sales volumes and make it retain with this things
1.First and every Benelli biker feel the short service intervals with staggering service pricing,
2.Scarcity of spares availab, availability even for a starter relay bike should halt in SVC's for ten days at least,
3.Cost of spares are really horrible even for* rear brake shoe replacement (TNT 25) costs Rs.4000/-
4.Spares get wear and tear earlier and spending for a entry level bike servicing for year costs that's equal for premium car servicing per year,
You come across these things soon as possible make your confirmed strong hold position in SBK's category in India.
Regards
Senthil M

Hi Rohan,
Nice to know about your ride to Solapur.. Regarding the pain you caused while riding its normal once you spend more time with bike you will not feel pain once you get accustomed with it. Even i felt the same way when i changed from Royal Enfield to Tnt 25 initially i was also facing pain in wrists and backache but slowly slowly my body got used to the new position and after some time no problems at all.
Check with SVC for chain play and enjoy the riding experience.
And regarding the service costs and spares costs (for eg brake pad) yes they are quite high but we should persistently follow with them so that atleast some positive action can be expected from them regarding uniforming of costs if they didn't change the costing in no time their sales will decrease slowly as no Benelli owner would upgrade with their product same was the case with Hyosung they faced and now we can see Hyosung is doing business badly. Lets hope for the best.
Agree Tnt 25 is quite unique bike and very attractive many folks and other bikers get attracted to it. Like to share one incidence yesterday while returning from office one guy on Z1000 passed me at high speed and few kms ahead he slowed down to have a look at the bike and while waiting on signal was continuously looking at bike it was a great feeling that even a litre class owner appreciate the bike. Thanks,
Anway Kale.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
I am sorry but this is very funny. Instead of lowering price of TNT25 brake-pads they increased the price of TNT300 brake-pads to match it.Originally posted by ROHAN SPEEDOFREAK SHARMA View PostHello, i recieved a mail for benelli. Will share a screenshot
TNT300 owners should catch hold of you for the same

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
I am looking to buy the benelli tnt 25 , was pulled towards the 300 for its sound , but i am a noob rider , have no previous experience with bikes other than single city rides maybe once a month , so thought why not start with a smaller capacity bike . Is the tnt 25 good enough for a beginner or should i start with the 300 itself ?
