    [QUOTE=unni3107;1255816]Bad Day.

Bike suddenly failed to start after stopping at signal. Whenever trying to start the fuel pump restarts.

That's a very nasty day. Hope for the best buddy for your bike.

Keeping an eye on the sound (Not literally keeping an eye). Maybe i am hitting speed bumps hard because of which I am getting THUD. 1st service is round the corner.

Called the service center and they asked to wait for 10 min and restart. Done the same pblm.

Called RSA. Waited for 1:15 mins for the pickup to arrive. Finally again called RSA and pick up came.

They gave the service card . Waiting for call from service center.

N.B : The ola auto meter also not working. Had to pay double fare. Seriously not a good day
Ohh indeed it was a very bad day.. Do let us know what svc says regarding the problem. I faced same issue when my bike stator coil was gone kaput so i started the bike via our age old method push start i.e. taking bike on a slope and slot it directly in second gear and bike started.
      Thanks,
      Anway Kale.

The bike refused to start and only the fuel pump restarts, the same case happened with me. The ignition coil might have become loose anfcame in contact with the metal parts that is why the bike refuses to start.

            Got the call from SVC
Starter coil gone. No stock in svc. Have to wait 15 days for replacement.
The fan is draining the battery and affecting the ignition coil.

The starter coil issue is common in all vehicles. I had mine replaced too during my 2nd SVC. I forced them to change it knowing someday it will go kaput and I will be stranded somewhere waiting for the RSA to pick me up.

Lesson i learnt from buying experience of Benelli is before buying any brand's performance/super bike before making final decision going through the spares price and other service costs in details is a must by visiting the svc personally to get this information and then make final decision. I will be definitely following this before my next upgrade..

                      Hi All,
This post is to inform that again there is some issue with the speed sensor cable of my Tnt 25. If you can recall three weeks back i changed the speedometer sensor as the one which came with bike got damaged (no reason of damage found) which i got promptly replaced under warrant and just two back again speedometer has got mind of its own by showing incorrect speed and wrong kms for instance i ride bike daily to my office which is around 40 kms of total journey but speedometer is showing only 10 Kms for this journey so again the sensor must be gone kaput or might be any other issue. Will be visiting svc coming Saturday for detail check. I am amazed that how fast a speed sensor can get damaged that too by riding bike on concrete paved road and not off road (possibility of damage by flying stone from rear tyre) but still i am not able to digest this fact that a speed sensor is not robust to handle this or it might be faulty speedometer console which is gone bad.
Lets see will get to know once i visit the svc and will update the same on this post. Thank god i have opted for extended warranty.

                      Hi Arjun,
Regarding increase in engine vibration ideally it should not be the case as vibrations reduce after initial 1K to 1.5K Kms. How much kms your bike has done ?
And also do change the fuel bunk as many times if the quality of fuel is not good vibrations do increase this is what i experienced on my bike. It would be best to fill Shell regular petrol (not the V power one) which is of good quality or else do fill from other reputable pump.
                      Update -
                      Hi All,
Last week i mentioned that speedometer of my bike was not working correctly and was showing false readings i visited svc last Saturday they inspected the issue and it was found that again the sensor was conked off. This is the second time sensor has been changed in a month. I also checked with them whether all of the other bikes speedometer sensor is getting damaged so soon and got feedback that only few cases of sensor going bad by getting damaged were happened and post changing them no issues were there mine is the first bike whose sensor changed twice in a month gap. I am also surprised how it got damaged as my bike is majorly used for city rides from home to office and back home and that too on well paved road. Lets see how long this sensor will hold on.
                      Thanks,
                      Anway Kale.

Should i be worried as read in TNT 300 page that people had damages done to their wheel and so on. Has any of you guys tried the DIY as Binil who uses TNT 300 for mudguard extensions on TNT25.

What should be the ideal air pressure in tyres to be maintained as whenever i take Vishrantwadi road from Bombay Sappers in Pune i tend to experience wobbles or jumps on bike.

Can someone help me with Engine breaking. What is it's exact meaning? Is it recommended to downshift while applying brakes or do we have to bring the bike to standstill and then downshift?

Most Probably its the chain cover touching the saree guard. I had exactly same problem when passing speed breakers with pillion. So I got Saree guard removed as its alignment was not correct.

Ya the same thing happened to me. My amma was sitting sidewise and saree guard got bend and was touching chain guard.

Unni and GTDOM thanks for your inputs. Done with 1st service as read in previous posts that bike is smoother and all, however i am experiencing vibes more now than earlier. I am confused as read everywhere vibrations reduce but for me i think its increased. Engine oil, oil filter and chain cleaning and lubing done. Got Benelli logos and now the bike looks good with those logos. Else its the same however there were couple of TNT300 owners came with complaints. Hope we dont have to face their issues.

One of the T3 owner has front fork oil leak issue which he was very frustrated with as in 2 months he was told that oil seal might have damaged because of which he is facing front fork oil leak. He is also annoyed that he has to change chain sprocket on running 14k kms according to him its because the bike's speed is decreased very rapidly from 100 to 40-50 kms which is putting strain on chain. So again should we be worried as it happens on our T25 also.

                                Hi Guys,
My TNT 25 had a puncture and there was a nail stuck in the rear tyre. The Tyre retained air and did not go Flat . Fixed it using the normal tubeless tyre fix way of plugging the hole with Rubber Cement Tyre Plugs . Is there anything we have to do specially like adding sealant or anything , or this will suffice . Please advice.

                                Thanks in advance
