Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
This is like Heart transplant.... Am wondering if results will be favorable.Originally posted by alinel View PostOff topic, but if anyone wants to make the Benelli TNT25 to 300cc, there is a kit available off the shelf. and so is high compression piston. If you guys are not aware yet, the TNT25 uses the Kawasaki KLX250 engine as the platform, and is basically a clone of it.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Its available on Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100-...d-250c89cd8f55Originally posted by anwaykale View PostThanks for the information buddy.. Nice to know. Does this kit available online? Or in any specific country?
The engine for the benelli is manfactured by Loncin. Its a bored down version of the loncin 300cc quad engine. This kit is a direct replacement, making the bike 292cc. I am sure the extra CC will be a good power bump. I am also seeing a Magnum tuning kit which has a lambda meter to fool the FI unit to think that its running cold, and tricks the ECM to send more fuel to make the mixture rich. With the kit, and the cat removed, replaced by a free flowing exhaust, it should produce some decent power.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Guys I need to know Benelli TNT 25 is the right option. As I see all of you are facing some other issues in this bike. How reliable is this bike. I've already booked this beast waiting for delivery but after going through this forum I felt I made a wrong choice. Now thinking of KTM RC 200 as an alternate option for this bike. Based on your I'll decide which one to buy. Please suggest guys

Don't buy this bike. Its maintenance is too costly and the product quality is not good.Originally posted by Mahesh Sandana View PostGuys I need to know Benelli TNT 25 is the right option. Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Just spoke to deputy manager of Benelli Hyderabad he said brake pad issues has been solved now in new bikes and when comes to maintenance part it vll cost 3000 per 4 months.i told him all the issues faced by Benelli TNT 25 owners and he said it's lack of following initial driving guidelines they might have faced the issues. He did try to convince by giving assurity on this bike. Now I'm in seriously thinking to cancel the booking doesn't I might loose 10000 for booking cancellation

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
My speedometer crashed twice in just 2 months, clutch cable changed in 3000 kms. Now the brake pads, svc guy's say that they have the life of only 5000 kms. The maintenance cost will be higher than the price in 2 years. I made a mistake buying this. And the high speed stability is also not up to the mark.Originally posted by unni3107 View PostWhy bro , product quality ????

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
In the quotation provided to me, they included cancellation charges clearly. So I thought that quotation might work for them as a proof. Do you the mail I'd of DSK Benelli, if yes can you please share with meOriginally posted by Vishal_G View PostWhy will you lose 10 k as booking cancellation charges? Booking amount is usually fully refundable. If the dealer does not agree, shoot a mail to DSK Benelli and don't pay any cancellation charges.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Dsk is cheating there customers..got my bike serviced today (second service) and the labour costs a whopping 2k...this is too much for a shitty 250cc bike...they have also made chain cleaning and lubing as a part of the service which costs around 500 extra..and heard that they have increased the rates of chain sprockets and rear brake pads of tnt25....there is nothing we can do now...**** dsk 👊 bloody shit holes 😬😬😬
