Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
CBR 250 brake pads cost 800, both front n back Soo about 1600, atm I'm on cheaper brake pads, CBR 150 on the front and pulsar 220 in the back, cost up to 400 , been riding for more than 4000km no complaints... Also not my front brake line is steel braided. One thing about benelli is that they are extremely customer friendly, compared to the rest of its competitors, I think they require to source parts locally and have more showrooms n service centers. No other company let's you have a test ride like benelliOriginally posted by Vishal_G View PostHi GTDOM,
I agree with you that quality of Benelli is good and without doubt at par or even better than KTM's and even the dealership is very helpful and friendly. In comparison, KTM/Bajaj or Honda have very poor service quality. However, even Mahindra Mojo is very good and the service is really good but it is cheaper to maintain than Benelli.
The point people are trying to make here is the maintenance costs which are equal to a CKD/CBU product. CBR 250r ABS brake pads cost 2k for front and 1.8k for rear, KTM break pads are at 350 rs for front, in comparison Benelli is almost twice than CBR.
These are things which are not disclosed at the time of the launch and people did not expect this much maintenance cost.
Lastly, i agree that this thread is not the place to rant/discuss against Benelli and we should maintain the purpose of the thread

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Thank you Anway, however I am still worried as I can feel heat from below the rider's seat and if I maintain a speed constantly, I could feel the heat from below the seat. Hope there isnt any issue with the bike as Anway pointed that it is a normal behavior.Originally posted by anwaykale View PostHi Rohan,
Its completely normal don't worry. We feel hot air coming from engine but fan doesn't gets kicked in as the temperature has not reach that much high it's normal.
And to check coolant level get your bike on paddock or ask someone to sit on bike and hold it straight up to check the coolant level and it is also advisable to idle the engine for two mins before checking the coolant level.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Why don't everyone write a petition to DSK about the exuberant prices on the spares. Definitely if you guys complain as a lot they'll have to take action. If someone know someone in the motoring media it will help too if they can write a article.
Just some thoughts.

Agree with Anway that its normal to feel hot on legs, particulartly at low speeds or city driving. My right side legs gets more heat than left. Mostly in summers you feel its intense.Originally posted by anwaykale View PostHi Rohan,

Now that is a good news for all the exhaust lovers. I feel bad for myself whenever I see Black TNT25, wish we had the same color to choose from, it simply looks majestic to me.Originally posted by shrav25 View PostTNT 25 exhaust...

AAIGA...Yikess..bhai what is with you...did the mobile crack? Is it working fine because there would be 10% chances that mobile escaped through the minutest of gaps the tires offer on bus.

Wow looks good, but Benelli is getting deeper into Indian market so they should get more service center... And start giving better service...Originally posted by rohanrash View Post
