By the way, anyone riding Benelli TNT 25 between Kadugodi to Jayanagar as daily commute by morning 8am via Marathalli or vice-versa in evening around 7.30pm via marathahalli. Just asking, i have not seen any vehicle in that time.

    Thanks.

    Hey vjsk4u,

I just made a call to the showroom guy and he informed that the prize is going to be fixed by today itself. They are now working on the Final round prize fix.

Also, he mentioned that the prize is going to be lowered as well.

          Hi Sergio.

The OnRoad is price in Bangalore is INR. 2,39,401/- and waiting period is 10 to 15 Days. I think, Bangalore has road tax more when compare to Kochi. I am planning to book the vehicle by coming weekend. Thinking on color options, which one to go either White or Red. How about you? Have you booked?

          Thanks.

Hello all!! i was watching this thread for a very long time since i started planing of buying the tnt25. Based on the experiences shared by you people i found its a good bike to own. But i was shocked to see all the service costs. I was confused between Himalayan and benelli tnt25 (Yes i am aware they are not comparable at all, but these two were my options to choose). I kindly request you to advice me what to choose. What i feel bad about the benelli is the service costs and whenever something goes south all we need to do is to wait for the SVC ?...Sorry if i am wrong but please guide me. Since I have to pay installments every month and the hectic service intervals, it is way more costiler to own the benelli than the himalayan, this is what i feel. I once again seek advice whether my choice of waiting for the BS4 himalayan is better or not. Which would be best for touring. Thank you in advance.

                Hi Everyone,

I am Ajeya Moghe, a new member to xbhp.I am an Architect and my daily commute is not more than 20-30 kms max. I am planning to upgrade my existing bike which is discover 125. For many days, the beauty Tnt 25 has got me hooked. I have test ridden it twice and personally i love it!.
I have been reading the forum regularly and the only genuine issue that is a common factor, is of Service cost and little bit about built quality of certain parts.

A test ride is not sufficient enough to know the in and outs of the bike properly, here you can help me as you have owned this bike for long time. So can you give me your expert advice as how this bike is to live with for long run (say 2-3 years before future upgrade). I remember reading on this very forum someone said that "i will never buy bike in future without checking the service cost" is it that bad? Please help, planning to book one at the end of this month.

                Regards,
                Ajeya Moghe

you can find all the service cost here within the forum.

But on an average be ready to shell out anything between 3K to 6K every 4 months for servicing.

                      Hi Amaan,

I haven't bought the bike yet. But i will share what i think about the bike.

Vibration are bound to be there as it is a single cylinder bike but as far as my test driving experience goes they are in fact enjoyable to a certain extent as it enhances the mechanical feel of the bike.

For the brakes I wilk not be the right person to comment as it is a part of user experience.
But believe me you will enjoy this bike immensely.[emoji3] [emoji3]

And one more thing i want to share with you guys.
They have replaced light switch with hazard light switch as part of bs4 modifications in tnt300 and tnt 25 (visited the showroom yesterday), the light remains on always in dipper mode.

                      Regards,
                      Ajeya

Hi Amaan, the brakes are just fine to me. There are enough bites to stop the bike. The older models had issues with brakes, like the models before mid 2016. But after that time, they had changed the rear disc calipers and things are good now.
About the vibration, every 250 cc single cylinder machines out there has that vibration. After the second service, the vibration has decreased a lot, at least to that level, which will not make a rider annoyed or will not face any problem. It is a lot more smooth now.
                        Hope this helps.
                        Thanks,
                        Jo

Thats sad to hear buddy. Even my bike's stator coil was changed twice. Did they changed the diagnosed on why the coil was failing? As the newly designed quite good a d it lasts long as my bike's coil was changed 6 months back for second time but still going strong.

Mine also clocked around 10k km bro ie 2nd stator coil. They didn't tell anything in particular. Thinking of writing to csd. But in one blog i read that long drive or warm engine may cause stator failure. That day i clocked around 367 km in abt 6 hrs. The temp was around 35 c
