Congratulations on your stunning new bike.

Though you aren't the first owner :P hehe
Few of my friends completed 2nd service too.

Talking about the bug "ODOMETER IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE RESET".
" TRIP METERS WILL, BUT NOT ON A MOVING MOTORCYCLE ".

Thanks & Regards

I knew that :P
If I'm right you had posted pics of user manual.
By the way, the odometer reset wasn't a bug. I went to the showroom.
It'll get reset only once. That's an option given purposefully it seems.
I tried to reset again and it didn't. So I'm all happy :-D

----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

I completed 60 kms.
Absolutely in love with it.
The sound is really addictive. The good thing is, as you ride faster the sound fades away, which is good while touring I believe.

The pillion comfort is best in its category.
Everybody who sat on my bike told the seats were very comfortable.

I hate the choke position on this bike.
Also the idling knob.
Both of them are almost exactly in the center, below the fuel tank.

Hehe yes right :P

Also wait for it to complete 500kms+. The NVH will literally be zero. Also assuming you have that slight little buzz at around 2-3k RPM.

The idle knob is wow to look though. Pure SS.

@ BhanuPrakash this might be a bit too early but can you describe your experience as comparing it with your earlier bike (dazzler) it terms of handling. comfort rider & pillion braking . smoothness etc. I also have a dazzler and was thinking of buying rtr 200 bike
Thanks

Bhanu one of my friend bought Apache 200 in May. He is claiming that he is getting just 20kmpl. I was shocked to hear that. I know it is too early to ask you regarding mileage but need your inputs.

Happy to help.
First thing you'll notice is the seat height.
It's taller than Dazzler, but very comfortable.

The ergonomics of the bike is very good. You'll feel at home the moment you sit on the saddle. You get a feeling like as though you are riding this bike from long time.

Handling wise it's very nimble.
The bike is a bit heavy compared to Dazzler and you'll notice this only when pushing around your bike.

Rider and pillion seat comfort are more than enough. I'd say good.

Smoothness, refinement, gear shifts are all fantastic.

This bike is a proper upgrade for Dazzler owners.

The bike feels like a premium one, thanks to its build quality, looks and digital console.

I haven't checked the fuel efficiency yet.
I'll check it and post it later.

But this bike's tank capacity is 13 liters and I had filled the tank up to its brim.
I've ridden 67kms so far and the fuel level is full in the console.
There are 8 bars for fuel.
What this means is I'm sure that my bike is returning more than 20kmpl.

The Monk from xbhp and two more guys had taken brand new RTR 200 to Shillong.
Monk told he got 30-35 kmpl FE when he was cruising at 100 or ripping the bike.

Hope this helps.

Current version in Market does not have ABS, but theres a speculation that it can be retrofitted later.

Good news to the guys waiting for RTR200 ABS.. TVS has started testing of the ABS model on road.
My friend spotted a red colour RTR200 4V ABS on hosur road. The bike was bearing a temporary KA registration number (red board). He could not take a pic but he clearly spotted the bike sporting a "ABS" sticker and the ABS wheel speed rings and sensor on the front and rear wheel.
He did not notice if it was a carb. or FI version.
Cheers!
