In my bike the issue was with front sprocket and improper chain slack.
After they cleaned the front sprocket (which they haven't done during service, which is really worst) and adjusted the slack and lubricated (Again not done during service) it was fine. Whether the noise coming from engine side or from rear on the muffler?

I have this bike for 2 years now. I never really had any major issues with the bike untill recently. The mileage has dropped suddenly, exhaust note has changed drastically. I have maintained the bike well with regular servicing and cleaning.
The worst part of owning a TVS bike is its Service and parts availability. Service centers are almost always clueless about the issues on bike and how to fix them. sic... My last TVS bike for sure.

Yes, there is little sound when I accelerate but increases as I release the throttle. SVC told me that my muffler has become lose or broken and they cannot repair it and they have to replace the full exhaust. They said it would cost me around 9K. Not sure if they really understood the actual issue. Please help if you have some experience with issue like this.

Try MRF Massetter for rear and FY1 for front. Those are proven beast for apache 200.

Hi Guys. I'm really in a weird delimma here. I live in Pune and recently had multiple punctures on rear tyre. Since my bike has already crossed 15K KM mark, I decided to change the rear tire. After a lot of research, I was all set for buying Michelin Pilot Street 130/70 R17. But to my suprise I could not find this tire with the dealers around Wakad. So I went for Michelin Pilot Sporty 140/70 R17 instead. I thought since Michelin has a name and a good brand this tire will also be good, however after reaching home I researched and read some reviews. And everywhere I read it's mentioned that this tire has a NO GRIP on wet surface. Since it's Pune and the rainy season is almost here, I'm very much hesitant to ride with this tire as some reviews even mentioned that it's very dangerous to ride with this tire on wet roads.
I don't want to end up in a hospital as I have to ride 40 KMs to office and back every day.
The Tire dealer is Metro Tires near Jagtap dairy in Pimple Saudagar. I don't know if it's possible to return the just purchased tire. Need suggestions here.

It's fine...go for BRILLIANT TVS near selaiyur as I found the service response was way good and maybe you could get the aforementioned footrest part there!!

Congrats on your new bike. Apart from the RPM there is nothing you need to lookout for.

I have got 7 coats of ceramic 9H, I have got warranty of 5 years on it and a complementary coat every 6 months till 5 years. Original Cost was 9000/- after discount 7500. Trust me if you have rubbing compound and machine and you know how to rub over different surfaces to eliminate the Circles and swrils. You must order 9H coating FROM AliExpress for around 300/- and TRY DIY.

The same whith the MG motors, Sanatorium where I bought the bike. I was following up with them for more than 10 days and on the delivery date, they said no availability. When I checked with the TVS customer Care, I was informed that it is available with logesh motors Medavakam as well as Ramkay TVS, Adayar as for as South Chennai. I did not find time to enquire with them. Planning to go to Medavakam this weekend after checking with them over phone.

Here is the update. Checked with Logesh Motors and it is not available. Hence Checked with Kothari Motors (Pammal) and ordered the part. Will be getting it on Thursday. I shall post pictures once I get it fixed.

If you got one, let me know. I'm too requesting for the same in Mahalakshmi TVS, keelkattalai for almost 6 months now.
No response yet. Every time, they will tell it be received in 2 days. Never received.
