only changing spark plug doesn't make huge difference. In fact difference is so minute that on cannot tell which one is iridium or stock plug.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
So yesterday I was roaming around the city on weekend as usual and there was this baby in Black/grey color in our parking with garland and all...
Surprisingly mom bought Ntorq for herself without letting me know! LOL!
Haven't test ridden yet but yes I was glad that she got a practical scooter at least.
Will post pictures and my personal review about the scooter later as I'm 6'4" and 96 kgs
need to test her soul(125cc) first.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
So to update on my starting issue, i think it's resolved. I came back this morning and bike started on 1st crank. May be the issue was with the choke. I'm amazed how come the service centre guys couldn't recognise it thrice and had to take it to the main branch.
So everything is sorted now it seems. Thanks guys for the input.

Yep. Hope for the best.. Im taking it to work now. Ill see how it goes...Originally posted by sambitCalculated milage today.
Tank full to tank full method.
40.5 kmpl.
ODO- 1300 kms.
Exactly what i was saying. The choke should be the only culprit. See, now you wont face the problem. Take my words. Actually every Ntorq has a faulty choke , but yours was worse.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
There were no leaks and no battery issue. They said the choke was faulty.. They have replaced it, i didn't test the bike 🚲 yet.. In couple of days ill take it to my work and check whether ill come back on it or it will come back on the tow vehicle.Originally posted by notanoob View PostHow did go ? What were there findings

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
Strangely, i feel it's because of some kind of vacuum created in the fuel tank. If i open n close the cap of fuel tank and then start the scooter it starts without a hitch. Bad design anyone?Originally posted by THE LEGEND View PostTo update on my bike's starting issue, its started now, they said the oil went to the spark plug, thats the reason the bike wasn't starting. They have changed the spark plug (they have tolde 20 days back that they have changed the spark plug, but now saying they jusy cleaned it last time and didn't change) so i dont trust them and asked the territory manager to come with a knowledgeable mechanic from the main branch and strip the bike open and check everything.
He agreed and called me back tomorrow to the main branch. Let's see what he says.
Do u guys think the bike wasnt starting because of oil in spark plug??

Thanks for the input.. Ill keep this in mind when ill visit the main branch on Wednesday. Any more help and input would be appreciated.Originally posted by notanoob View PostSpark plugs sits right on top of the Pistons , there could be chances of oil leakage on to the spark plug due improper seal , but if that is true then they need to check the piston, crank case for any defects due to the oil loss. I would also ask to verify if there are any other questions leaks from the engine head.
