No. Fuel Cap is opened via keyslot in side which is shared with opening trunk.Originally posted by razzer View PostCan the fuel cap be opened from the ignition socket? Or does the key need to be removed?

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
Congratulations to Everyone who got the scooter.
I have booked the scooter around 22nd Feb and made full payment on 28th Feb. After a long wait, got a call from the showroom that sale letter has been signed and registration will happen in either Monday or Tuesday and delivery will be on Wednesday.
Chose matt red and took some pics of the allotted scooter as well. Pretty excited to take the NTorq for a ride.
Edit : Added few pics.

Hey.Originally posted by keith_j_snyder2 View PostOn the mileage front, getting mixed reviews as it starts from 35 kmpl to 55kmpl which is strange difference.
I bought my ntorq around 20 days back by paying premium and hense got immidiate delivery.
The fact here is i have already used 2 full tanks and currently on my 3rd.
I did a detailed average calculation and all the time after emptying the tank and refilling procedure i got 35kmpl hands down have no doubt on that.
Also asked the dealer that tvs claims a efficiency of 48kmpl and i get 35kmpl.they said initilay until first service engine is jammed and uses more fuel and so after the first service things should get better .
I had a vespa vxl 125 2016 , a vespa sxl 150 2017 and a access 125 2017.
Sold my vxl 125 vespa due to bad efficiency that is only 24kmpl .
Access gives 48kmpl and sxl 150 i hardley use so not an issue.
Trust me i am very well versed with scooters and my verdict is 35kmpl is the efficiency for ntorq125
Hopefully should be a increase after service.
And most important the fuel indiacator atleast in my scooter goes from 2 points directly to reserve or empty(unreliable) with still 1ltr++ remaining.
I love the ntorq and hope the efficiency is atleast 40kmpl after service.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
Update on mileage: Rode around 100 KMs and getting mileage around 37-38 kmpl. Touched a top speed of 84 and done 0-60 in 8.0 secs. Have a constant grr sound which I am not sure of the design or any issue with the scooter. With first service I think, it will get resolved and mileage also may get better.Originally posted by deenadayalan_s View PostCongratulations to Everyone who got the scooter.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
Someone posted first service cost on YouTube. It's under 400/- which is quite decent.
Can someone please check the price of fibre body kit of this scooter? I heard Dio fibre body kit is for a whooping 12K which is almost 1/4th price of scooter, don't want this to be that much expensive as TVS prices are quite reasonable...So far.

Re: TVS-NTorq 125 Ownership Thread
I have recently purchased TVS NTorq and completed first 100km. I was using Yamaha Gladiator 125 motorcycle earlier. I am finding engine/CVT is not smooth/refined. My weight is 90kg and whenever i am trying rev/ accelerate from 30kmph engine sound very harsh, I feel like i am stressing the engine to reach to speed of 40kmph.
i have used TVS Wego and Hero Pleasure earlier, I never found this issue in those bikes
.
Anyone observed this?

Yeah I do, I weigh over 100Kg, but I don't feel the stress around 30-40 kmph. Only when I push it over 60, I get the harsh sound/noise from the engine. However I hope with first service, engine will be smooth. Also I have few complaints w.r.t the digital console, which goes blank at times.
