Even Idk. Maybe some experienced people can shed some light on it.

I agree the console values may not reflect the exact figure but still 50kmpl on console means , could be more than 40kmpl in actual considering the error.
But nowaday the console reading are becoming more reliable than before, even the reading on fz25 doesnt deviate much from the actual readings.
My conclusion would be it might be possible to extract 40kmpl, but practically it is not possible to ride always in the super economy mode. So for most people practically it is not possible to extract such high figures.
IIRC, the review from motoroctane claimed around 40kmpl.
Another user getting 32kmpl
I would say that the Avg mileage for this bike in traffic is between 22-27 kmpl depending on how worse the traffic is and the riders capability. On highways, while cruising, the mileage is around 33-40 kmpl depending on what speeds you are cruising at. I don't really consider speeds of 50-60 kmph as cruising. These speeds in fact are dangerous on the national highways as it may cause accidents. And speeds of ~50 kmph on 6th gear is almost lugging the engine. JS16 is claiming 38-39 kmpl in bangalore traffic. If by 'Bangalore traffic' he means wide open roads then I agree with his claims. And no JS16 you don't need to prove anything to me. I am just saying what i have so far observed with the bike.

Must have been side stand sensor,If the bike detects it is any gear except neutral it wont start. When that sensor fails, it will assume that the side stand is retracted and will refuse to crank the engine.

I had assumed his bike suddenly stopped in the middle of the road while running. The gear sensor wouldn't allow the bike to start, but it wouldn't stop a running bike. Can you ask him what was the situation then?

That's a long route. Usually traffic is sparse in the mornings between 6-8.30am, evening it is jam packed.

At what RPM does 100, 110, 120kmph come up?

Might as well ask in what gear those speeds are achieved.

Motorbeam's video shows that it reaches the 130kmph mark at around 8000rpm.

Stays stable as well at those speeds. Haven't tested much above those speeds. And yeah beat boxing with helmet lids closed is super-fun ! Idk if anyone has went for Axor but I have been pretty satisfied with its quality so far.
UPDATE - It does start making noise after 80 kmph and after 100 kmph it is somewhat irritable. This is on national highways. City highways, there's no such problem.
