Thats when our Aparajith arrived from Chennai. So used his bike for prototyping and after 2 painful days, its done. The bike runs sweet. There is considerable difference in performance on a stock engine (Apar's bike). The bike revs effortlessly and acceleration is a lot better than stock.
I'm riding his bike since a day now and it feels really peppy. Climbs speeds better than stock. Its more noticable when the revs climb past 5k rpm.
Things will be hotter when its plonked on my bike with the reworked internals. It should be all ready in a days time, hopefully.
    Will post a pic later.
    Do you PayPal
Psst... One remapped ECU (which will accommodate the K&N) and one Exhaust please

^^Now do you want that dalda dabba in shocking pink or brushed-aluminiumesque pink ?

@Joel: You didn't spare the '15 despite it not being easy to mod into another 'Joel Co. Rocke' did you?

At office now. karthik_r works at my place. We just met-up and he took the R15 for a spin a while ago. Came back with a zapped look

Now, all this on a bone stock engine. Just waiting to finish my engine build man.
We clicked some pics, he'll load it in a while.

                  He he..getting carried away...

Here's the real stuff...As Joel said, you gotta ride to feel the difference..Definitely better than the stock Luna(R15).

Punchier from 5k onwards. The free flow emits a deep grunt and cosmetically speaking, it is tucked in and a perfect fit.

@Aparajith : I hardly know you, but i would ask you to consider the free flow too as part of the works and pls, get rid of the saree guard...

Hey Joel, so u managed to run the exhaust without any support at the end!!!???? Look at that end-can's size man! Am sure it should be great.

@Karthik: Its more to do with my buddy Joel's convenience man. Nothing else. Lets see what materialises. And the saree gaurd can't be removed yaar. My mom comes with me almost every week, sitting single side. Thanks for the great pics.

Joel, gonna finish it like an R125's end can? with proper heat shields it would look very deceptive.

Am at Chennai sitting at the office typing this while the bike is away at Bangalore getting a kingsly treatment it deserves in the hands of Joel Sir. It will of course be louder than the puny, muted stock one but not too loud. And yeah, for the definition of a loud exhaust u have gotta sample Joel's drag fiero! AFAIK, this is a lot more softer than that.

P.S: Now where are those KRP guys who claim a 25% increase with that dalda-dabba R15 exhaust?

That precisely why I asked the question

Wow Joel, I must say hats off to you man. Deep respect to you for your passion & commitment. Ive read so much about your Fiero & now your work on the R15 engine, honestly we need more Joels in this country of ours.

Had a couple of queries - what have you planned for Apar's bike ? Also, what sort of finish are you planning for the free flow exhaust ? IMHO a chrome finish would look sweet.
