The obvious trade off is that it is not an all weather jacket.

I did a road trip to Mukteshwar this weekend and it was freezing cold. I layered up my jacket with few wind and winter protective liners I picked up from decathlon. Problem solved

I think, sadly, there aren't many options available in mesh/textile jackets that look classy and not sporty.
I have been searching for a light weight jacket which has minimal or no graphics which would provide enough protection in city conditions (certified pads not needed) but haven't found any.. almost all the jackets are heavy and flashy. My requirement is to be able to wear that jacket casually and not attract attention too.

Revit is Good but mesh ones doesn't have rain and thermal liners and no back protector in many models , need buy that separately.

I understand motorcycle jackets benefit largely from the high visibility provided by bright colors but still having such a colorful jacket spoils the look. RE has some decent jackets but the general opinion seems to be that they are overpriced.

Any other slightly low profile options from brands such as rynox etc?
