Is it worth buying a NEW bullet rather than an older one??? Asking out of curiosity

I have a silly question. I want to buy the bullet classic 500.I called the dealer in Chandigarh and he told me that they are booking at an amt of 5k.

So if I book and pay 5k , will that money be over and above the bike's price or will it be included in it?

So suppose the bike costs 1.5 lakhs, will I end up paying 1.55 lakhs for it?

booking amount is always inclusive in the total cost. You will pay the remaining when the bike comes.

Looking at the build and features I feel Bullet Classic 350 should be priced above the current Machismo. As per the company rep it should 1.24 stock.

Hmm Nov 4 looks like too far huh ?

@niks_devil666, If I am not mistaken, the price difference between Machismo 350 and 500 is even lesser. People tend to go for 350 for the superior FE and 500 has always remained a Niche.

How much difference is there in the FE? hardly 4-5 kmpl.

Does anyone know the price for the RE windshield and saddle bags ? I would like to fit those when I buy a classic

I don't know about the LB engine, but in the UCE, I guess the difference is around 12-15. 500 UCE is supposed to have a FE around 28 and 350 UCE in thunderbird gives above 42 already.

Yes its always about the money, thets why we have so many variants in a car too

500 LB as it is gives FE above 30 (33-34kmpl+)

Hi,
Got couple of pics of Bullet Classic from a friend. I guess it is Classic as the look of the engine is the same as that of TBTS. Just notice the kick and the looks of the engine.

I too want to buy a royal enfield. Guess I will wait for Classic 350 before deciding.

I hope it's launched by Dec.

I think it's getting launched in the first week of November. I went to the RE showroom in Jayanagar B'lore last Saturday and they wanted me to check sometime next week. They also took me number and entered in a register and said they'd call me when the bike's at the showroom.
