Hi, I've been following this thread closely. Can anyone confirm if this model is identical to the C5 being sold abroad (http://www.enfieldmotorcycles.com/mo...lassic-c5.html ?)Also, cold someone confirm what the pricing is for the 350cc and the 500cc models? Is the deposit refundable if the customer changes his mind?

I am from Shimla and I booked the bike in Chandigarh. The exact price would come out on the Launch date but the dealer told me it would be around 1.4-1.5 lakhs.

I just cant wait to see it.I think it would sell in bulk if the price is not more than 1.40 lakjust 6 days left for its launch.

The dealer said that the bike will be launched on 4th Nov in Delhi and he would be able to get the bike delivered around 10th Nov . Incidentally this is the date that came up for Chandigarh launch while I was searching the net.

Got a call from a lady at RE. Launch date is 4th November and on road expected at 1.4, waitin eagerly for the same.
Am now in a dilema, was getting a 500 AVL for about 65k....now wondering if I should stretch my budget. Basically I need a nice bike for my touring

Was decided between Electra and Thunderbird. Now I guess will wait for Classic :-)
