Guys what is the ground clearance of ninja 250R ? according to wiki its 150mm but i have read 135mm on some Indian sites.

      Example:

      1. Kawasaki Ninja 250R Price, Specs, Review, Pics & Mileage in India
      2. Kawasaki Ninja 250R Price in India, Reviews, Photos, Specs & Mileage

Clarification would be nice and may be actual specifications posted here would be great

The airfilter box Bolt is not opening . When i try to open the bolt, it moves with the female housing as shown in the picture marked in Red. I suppose the locking system of the female bolt which is attached to the filter box is gone bad.. Please provide in solutions for the same.

Other than the box replacement , do i have any other option.

why would you want to open the box. the filter is suppose to slide out and in for replacement.....

I am not trying to open the box, i am not able open the cover itself as the bolt male and female assembly are stuck. the image shown above is for illustration purpose only to show where the problem lies.

N250r REAR tyre is 130/70 hence anything that matches the specs can be safely used. however as this is a powerful motorcycle go for the best tyre you can afford.
r15v2 uses same specs and can be used....

Check the speed rating and load index recommended by Kawasaki before you buy the tire, It can be found on the sidewall of your stock tire. Never opt for a tire which cannot handle the speed your bike can achieve.

                      don't use R15 V2 tyre.

instead use CBR [new] MRF tyre which is 140 size , and speed rating matches with ninja , it should be Zapper S[NV series]

Not yet.. Service quality for kawasaki /bajaj has gone very down drastically and I suppose they should concentrate more on the quality of service rather than the number of service centre that keeps popping up with the experienced staff.

I think it might be more of a ktm service centre than a kawasaki one as a similar one is present in btm..

                                i have a doubt.

My N300 has now done 22000 km, and recently she started bouncing more than usual on slightly uneven roads. i mean, more than usual. when a bike bounces, power is lost as the tyre leaves the surface for a milisecond. one can feel a jerk when the traction is reestablished.

when i went to the service centre, they told me that the rear shock needs to be replaced, as the "shock has become weak" or "the spring has become weak" or something to that effect.

I told him to increase the stiffness setting, to which he tells me that it will make the system worse.

has anybody else faced this problem?
Since the shock is too expensive in india thru the service centre, i am thinking of ordering it online. any suggestions on that?
