  • Decent effort - was the same guy driving and trying to shoot?

I will be on the same highway sometime next month on my Ninja 250R, hope there is no fog then! Hate fog, though it looks cool in advertisements

      @ All - chk this out -
      My ninjer w/busa forks - ninjette.org

I was at jc road yesterday to get some rim tapes for my p180 , found this store selling USD forks, told me they are thai made, didn't look bad but seemed real heavy. had clicked some pics but my phone's memory card crashed

What are the advantages of a usd fork over a conventional one apart from making the bike look realy sick? i've been thinking of sourcing them from thailand for my ninja as and when it comes
      respect ma authoritae!!

      • ^^ lowers the inertial mass, so makes turning the front wheel easier. It shifts the mass from the wheel to closer to the handlebar.

@JD666, Doing 150 on a foggy night...Awesome :-) Well the headlamps look real powerful though. Nice one for the video editing too. Whats the music in the background??? BTW from my experience, the camera has more visibility in the fog than the naked eye (read the biker)...Where u able to see with such clarity while u were riding in the fog ???

thats from the movie - The jackal ( agent provocateur ) -1997

                  - The visibility was ok, and if u see in the video, i brake suddenly when i hit the fog... Also towards the end of the video, you see the fog going over the bike and me.. The visor had fogged up slightly, but there was enough traffic to see where i was going. Did about 100 tops in the fog, the 150 was hit before i encountered fog ( nearly 160 actually, meter indicated).

Guys, was passing thru dubai last evening and browsing the duty free electronics shops found an off road canmera. Basically its a small camera 8 megapixel powered by battery which you can clip to ur bike handle or car irvm. You can record upto 8 hrs so its great for racing or dune bashing. You will get shots like what one sees in formula racing/rallying. You could fit one one both front and rear of a bike or car and get great pictures. costs around AED 500 (INR 6500). Great piece

                        The music is great!

And try to order Fogtech/Raincoat visor wipes online for riding in the fog. These take care of visor fog and even raindrops. I ordered them online and they were here in 2 weeks flat.
