I've driven 27 kms so far and the bike has already drank 4 litres of petrol , I dont know what the problem is , and no the fuel is not leaking from the fuel cock . Should I wait for the first servicing or should I visit a mechanic . What to do ??

You calculated fuel efficiency on the basis of 27kms? How exactly did you calculate? Because most showrooms sell a bike with a near empty fuel tank. The first time you fill 2-3 ltrs you would have just crossed the reserve mark. And then you would reserve again, throwing your calculations out of the window.

Full Tank it, ride for 100 km and then full tank it again and then calculate the fuel consumed.

Hi there, anyone interested in a short bike trip to Maklidurg (Bangalore). This is just a fun ride and maybe a few clicks. Not planning to trek there but maybe looking at a few off roading option. Looking at an opportunity to meet other fellow bikers. Will be leaving by 5.am and hoping catch some sunrise at Maklidurg. If anyone interested meeting point will be Hebbal Flyover towards Airport. I know its a little late posting it here. Text me on 9663301090 if anyone wants in.

Yes you can change the color by getting them painted part by part. But 160 fi is famous for its orange color, why change it?
Secondly if you change the color, you need to get it changed in rc too.

I would not advise colour change.

Guys... I am looking to change color of my Orange RTR FI. What are my options?

1. Paint job? Would it be good? what about the stickering...
2. Change the Orange color parts itself.... Would the Grey RTR parts fit the RTR FI? Any idea on the cost?

What are the other considerations? Do i need to get the color change registered in RC?

hi ajextreme...I too feel its more like an improved/cosmetic change of tvs star city...In the Ad they talk about some star has come...
First time when I saw it, I though its the most awaited RTR-250...I read in some blog that it is due to arrive by 2015...
So this is probably the new Star City and TVS havent used dhoni or any celebrity for campaigning RTR's so far...
RTR doesnt need any celebrities..It itself is a celebrity..

Sure, I'd love to meet. But I'm not riding since the last 10 months or so due to some health issues Would let you know once I get back on the saddle. BTW, you can meet the BLR xbhpians by attending a G2G that takes place quite often. The details will be in this thread. Keep visiting it often to know about new G2Gs

PS @psr Sir, please take a look at this.

You know what!!! I am thinking we should have a Xbhp Club in Bangalore. Where one can just walk in meet the guys and just socialize. Open only on weekends.
pcgamer: Thanks for your insights. I will leave a note with the people you have mentioned in your earlier post. And get well soon bro.

Actually Adarsh_Bk or Drifty had once shared me the map link to a RTR mechanic nearby Begur & another nearby indira-nagar old madras road.
I think that person can be helpful for ajextreme
I lost that link. I searched a lot here. I should have bookmarked it.
