are you experiencing high or low speed wobble???
if not, then no need to do this, specially on a 2 week old bike..

dont trust the bars at the guage, they are just a stupid piece of display nothing else, at 300 kms your bike drank almost 6 litres of petrol, the bars show 7 even when there is 2 litres of petrol left in the tank, they have got mind of their own.

    • Though tyre is 100/90-18,it looks meatier. The location is my company parking lot. And regarding rear mudguard, it is like that since i bought the bike. The chain, wheel and all is well aligned. I tried a lot starighten it, but nothing happened. Didn't tried twisting the chassis, as there was chances of it getting deformed. And another thing is the chassis is stiffened. It takes 3-4 machos to twist it with long strong bar.
There's lot to it other than saddle....

dont even try to do it, and why to twist it, it'll ruin the whole thing buddy.

@chicane1879&rennycornelius: I guess thats due to other vehicles bumping into him from behind! My Fiero F2's rear bumper is a couple of inches outside the tyre, due to the same reason!
The RTR 160 has 17" front and 18" rear tyre.

Hehehehehe, once my friend was sitting on his bike at the side of the road&a girl banged her car into his stationary bike. Crash guard got twisted. She pressed the accelarator instead of the brake!
              She gave him Rs.500 though.
              Quench my thirst with gasoline!

So, there's surely an 'X' factor in RTR that drives on-road girls crazy.

Check Air filter, clean it, dry it and apply some oil on it. There is a chance you might have passed through dust containing environment... That should do the job.
Proper behavior in morning rules out low idle rpm condition.

                    • New history to b written on my biking era

                      HI all,
Small update from my side. I sold my RTR Fi.

Story started when i went with my fren to check RE classic 350 n 500.. By then got news that electra and std out fo production. Customer has to choose between cl350, cl500 and thunderbird.

flattened. thunderbird. Small TR n believe me i went completely blank. no looking back.

classic kinda uncomfy with those seats. i have heard complaints bout B*M paining after 50 KMs or so. was ready to compro with that but waiting periof from 4 to 5 months. absolutely no no..

What to do booked thunderbird the next week. waiting period 30 days to 45 days. But sales guy has promised me to deliver it in 25 days, counting the money daily keeping it in safe. and again dreaming.

Thanks for all the support and suggestions while i was Fi owner.

U guys rock. Hats off to ya.

First of all, my humble request, please maintain the decency of the forum and try to avoid SMS lingo, secondly, hope you were sporting proper riding gears and are not hurt much

Thirdly, which side did you crashed, head-on collision, sideways collision or skid/fishtailed...? There might be chances some nut/bolts might have been loosened.
                          Yes....

There might be some rear shock absorbers issue. Check and adjust their level setting, otherwise skidding shouldn't make loosening of nut/bolts.
