      • The main wire from the battery that goes to the self, gets surrounded by the blakish thing, that affects the flow of the current...
even after cleaning the mess by sandpaper and applying vaseline it comes back, what is the cause of it??

        • Whitish or bluish substance, usually on the negative side is oxidation. Dunno what the black stuff is, never seen it.

You won't believe this. While speaking to the western region service head about my excessive rear disc wear issue, I mentioned the mechs never kept both adjusters at the same mark. He said 1 or 2 lines difference doesn't matter! I guess then they can skip the marks and use the ungli method only!

Even half of the 1 line matters in the chain case....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know what they really do to the bike when being told to clean the carb, adjust the clutch play, clean the airfilter, adjust the tappets and all.

BTW i went to the SC to get the sets of plugs and the guy told me that the TVS TRU chain spray is coming in 100ML pack too but he wasn't having it in stock.
Will get it for rains as it'll save the chain from turning "orange".

Any idea of the cost? It's a 100ml spray or some regular bottle or something?

Hmm, i think i'll wait till after the rains now. Actually i need to paint my silencer bend-pipes, the paint is gone in patches and rusted. Thing is if i paint over the rust it'll corrode under it. After the rains i'll sand it, apply primer and then paint. But i also think spray paint won't hold due to the heat. The original didn't. I also have some nicks and scratches on the silencer body. Can we use this paint to touch up, or does the whole thing have to be painted to get a uniform look?
