oops. never thought of after effects. lol.Originally posted by psr View PostThe cello tape will peel of with the operating pressure and you will be left with a tacky coating on the lever

I am doing that.Originally posted by sunny9830687955 View Postyes me also facing this problem from day 1 but I ignore this and the best DIY is to wear gloves
and i am happy to know that i am not the only one
bro, i guess i will be going to the service centre to resolve some minor issues. have noted things down. when i go there, i will ask about the price and will get back to you immediately. if possible PM me your number.Originally posted by satyenpoojary View PostHelp... anyone to answer my query?

So what is the solution? Should i indicate the service centre that the anodized coating has gone and they should replace it? Now i get a doubt if they had actually done that coating prior because i am suffering this problem from day1. thought it would be the dirt or grease from the lever as it is a new bike and didn't bother to peep into the problem. now the problem is going worse and that to if i go to some food court i m intended to hide my left hand as this thing doesn't go easily by washing.I too have this problem. i dont mind it, but it kinda gets irritating at times. the only solution i could think of is either to wear gloves else, change the lever's to A150's.Originally posted by venkatesh_B View Postlatest solution i found was to wear gloves were ever i go.
thats a pretty much DIY as i did it myself (buying one and wearing it)
. enough of stupid jokes. how about cello taping the whole lever?
Also i want to if others are facing the same problem.
I have changed the clucth lever again. lets see if it continues.
Its was around 90-110 the last time it was changed in my bike. i think kiran SVC should have stock of it. i'll find out!Originally posted by satyenpoojary View PostHelp... anyone to answer my query?

I have purchased the rear fender for Rs.371 ( just the fender without rear num plate light and cover ) , but i didnt get the cover which is above the number plate light . Not getting it anywhere
, so the entire fender is lying useless. I can fit it, but the TVS guy said it wont look good without the cover . Will wait for another 1 week, and then install the fender without the cover .

I guess Renny got this fender for Rs 350 + 50(labour charges)
I will remove the existing A160's fender and will make a DIY fender eliminator.Lets see how it turns out!Speak Less,Speak Wise!

600rs includes everything, rear fender, flap, no plate light, frnder bracket, reflector and bolts.
Changing the fender is such a pain in the ass! becareful when ur fixing it. you might end up cracking the rear panels. My left rear panel and middle panel gave way after abt 3 months coz if was fixed improperly!07 HH Zma

I have ordered the drain bolt and cover surrounding it yesterday and the guy says wait for 2 days !
Go ahead and get the fender fitted, it wont look bad, i rode my bike without the num plate cover and reflector for almost 5 months.Originally posted by bikerboysyd View PostI have purchased the rear fender for Rs.371 ( just the fender without rear num plate light and cover ) , but i didnt get the cover which is above the number plate light . Removing those rubber over the footrest of pillion and near brakes looks cool ! any disadvantages ???
Hey 1 more thing should we keep both the toes below the levers(gear + rear Break) when moving at 50+ speeds ??? coz am a bit overweight
and i always felt the bike is on left side when ever i press rear brake the bike would shake coz of imbalance but now after keeping bnoth toes down it feels ok
