          Hi all!

Today my baby started to leak lots of oil from the oil filter cap. Thought the nut must be loose and took it immediatly to the SVC as i was very near by to it! They found that the "O" seal damaged. They replaced it and it was normal again.

Funny thing is the oil filter cost 27rs but the oil seal costs 40rs

When my bike rear tyre was changed they somwhow managed to put in a 2.75*18 tube instead of a 100/80 or 100/90 tube.......coz of this the tyre looks skinny and has affected the top end too!

Earlier my bike used to do 53-54kmph @ 4k rpm but now it does 51-52kmph! And @9k rpm its used to do 120kmph but now it does only 114-115kmph!

Am gonna change the tube to 100/90 tomorrow and see if it will be back to normal.

Edit - I have done abt 200kms since i got the fork tighten. Its holding good. no issues as of now!

Vibration is a common thing on the RTRs.... inform your service mech for that... the main reasons for the vibration is usually the faulty mounting... chck your foot rest, the engine mounts etc.....

Also if you have reasons to believe that the oil was not change, then I would strongly suggest you do so immediately?

I guess its more due to the weight, the tyre pressure that you have

The oil filter cap broke! duh i thought that always happens when you use synth oil n its overdue change!

Just picked up the bike, intial 8 kms impression:

              - Bike has decent power in lower revs(better than classic 150)
              - Still getting used to the gear pattern & ratios stalled bike thrice
as finding neutral isnt as easy as all up
              - Got both RVMs replaced while delivery as they had some ireregular
              reflections at edges.
              - Didnt get any vibes

More report when as & when I ride more

The stock tyre is decent on dry tarmac. With the rains gone, you need not worry about its grip in wet.
The only issue I found was during braking with the bike leaned over, but then one is not supposed to do that.
In case you want to change, my choice will be Zapper Q from the above brand.

Thanks Nav, will meet & discuss

                          Bprags, yep what else

Thanks Atul, will mention why the RTR.

After selling of the ZMA last year I was ridinga classic 150 which was a KS version with a habit of kicking back. At that time my office was near so the bike was fine after a few months my new office was at 18 kms & it was during this time i realised the lack of fun factor on the classic also the bike was very good till 60-70 but nothing beyond. ON one of the rides with Pune gang I realised it was no fun on highways as even the new P150s were way ahead of me.

So then on I decided that I need a new bike so the consideration was -

                          - The bike would be used for 90% commuting 10 % weekend rides
                          - Should have better FE than my previous bikes (180 DTSi & ZMA) & around same as the classic (40-45)
                          - Should not be very expensive read as below 70k
                          - Should be fun to ride
                          - Should have some gadgets
                          - Should be easy for pillion too.

So only two bikes fitted here the Hunk & the Carb RTR. WHile hunk was good looking & better riding stance RTR had better handling, more power & gadgets.

So after discussing lots of cons & pros of these bikes & some above my budget the RTR seemed like the right choice
