filing a police complaint will not yeild anything for good as i feel whole showroom mechanics and managers will not leave there employees. they instead blame me. I had a small shat with cashier girl, and she accepted that sometimes this guy behaves like this. noone is ready to speak against him. they way he behaves one should get a immpression that hez the tvs motors owners son.. b@##$$%.. sorry for using foul lang. thanks for everyones support. first let me check with my contacts to complain to TVS. if they are not replying.. then vil check what can be done next.Originally posted by NitinGirish View Post

This is really pathetic. What you have experienced is something which needs to be escalated to higher authorities. I have always had my doubts on Ashwa TVS regarding service.Even their Sales team is nothing to rave about.

I contacted TVS for an issue in my bike and it was promptly resolved. The people whose mail ID I have given in the post are really good people in high positions. They shud be able to help u.. ALL THE BEST!!!Democracy is when 2 wolves and a sheep meet to decide who is for dinner. Liberty is when the sheep has a gun.

I just feel for you man, donno what to say, u deserve an apology, I swear I would have hit back at the mechanic and woudnt have minded taking a few blows myself but I would have definitely hit him. Dont leave this matter here, taking it up with the higher authorities at TVS. I would say create a separate thread for this issue, so that everyone notices it and spoil that showrooms name, let TVS take a note of it. Thanks for such a huge response. Im in very comfort zone after reading all your posts. As per one of our xbhp advise i wrote a mail to ilango. Do u believe i got a call from him in flat 10 mins. He has promised to take action with the dealers as they have got huge complaints regarding Ashwa TVS regarding arrogant beahviour. and Ilango promised me to get my bike back to condition as new. I refused him to take it to ashwa tvs again for which he suggested i choose any showroom i need. He will personally get engg from tvs motors who will personally look into the problem and solve it.
I'm expecting a call from TVS servie eng now. He will book an appointment and come to my residence to take my bike and get it repaired and deliver it back home.
I will keep the fellow x-bhpians updated regarding the actions taken.
I would like to once again thank each one of you present here and gain my lost confidence in TVS product. thanks a lot and will update as the case progresses.

Another update. Got a call from karnataka branch service engg who was suppose to call. He asked me to save the number and give him call before 2 days and take my bike to the showroom of my choice. I acknowledged. and greeted him for calling me immediately. They are taking separate action on the dealer for trying to man handle a customer.
After 5 minutes i got a call again from TVS R&D division for south India. They dont want to wait till weekend. They have taken my office address and have asked me to give the bike to R&D team. I said i need to commute to office daily and today its not possible to give the bike for which he immediately acknowledged saying they are giving me another bike till R&D team comes to a conclusion. Hats off TVS. I could not recollect the name of general manager R&D team. I will update to you as case progresses.

Just now got a call from venkatesh of R&D team. He has asked me to narrate a problem as he takes down the notes. Did it. then He said the temporary bike which they are providing does it have to be RTR FI or any RTR family is fine. I said anything is fine. THey are preparing temporary papers for the bike and it will arrive around 4 PM office premises. They are taking my bike to R&D division which i'm not aware where exactly. but all the words are very promising.Originally posted by bprags View PostWow! a temporary bike. Great, simply great.
