Am not removing the no plate....am just removing the clamp and fixing the plate directly to the fairing/headlight or whatever one calls it.

Well, am returuning the RX now

Dad is dead against it and he asked me to keep the RTR as my bro took zma. Dad is getting the RTR registered to my name coz i was either asking for a new r15 or fix the rx

RX will have to wait for sometime now!

So you've to make a new plate to match the holes right?

No the gap between the holes on the plate are diff from the gap between the holes in the fairing.
The gap on the plate is according to the clamp on which it is bolted to.

i tried to bolt the plate directly too, but the holes were diff.........

Hey guys how are u all?

5 may 2010 met an accident. Head on collision a drunk minor jst came ridin on hi gladiator and rammed frm front he was speeding in excess of 70kmph....

I had a very bad history with bikes even i am a total enthusiast but lately had 5 or more accidents with Karizma(had with me for 3 yrs) but after buying Fi evrythn was gng jst fyn...and after 1yr3mnths of joyful riding the above mentioned incident took place. Had muscle rupture in right foot and bruises all over the body. Got my bike repaired at SVC and it costed a bomb 12k bucks!

But guys since I bought the bike some strange thing are going on there is some rattling noise from the engine and the handle baar shakes like heell at speeds ovr 60! I used to rip and corner but now I am hell scared. Guys what should be the problem! help me !

and i have a long way to go before i get to go on any G2G....i dont have knee guards, elbow guards and my jacket isnt fat enough to fit xBhp's safety standards...but yea will definitely try to find sum experienced tweakers

sorry to hear that mate...i'd say you are still lucky to just escape without any bone damage...AFA your problem is concerned, your front wheel maybe out of alignment....thats just 1 minor possibility...senior members will be tell you about the other major possibilities...

Good to know that you're not that badly hurt.
12K indicates your bike has been thriugh lots of repairs and the probs you're facing might be due to bent alloy, cone set, and the fork.

The rtr is a bike everyone thinks of selling due to the minor niggles, refinement and service issues, but can never actually do so because they like it too much!
