@Praful: What should be the CO setup at? Will the mechs know there in PBK. In Bangalore i usually take it for service to Khivraj in Indiranagar and i have had real bad experiences.
So thats the reason i am asking. I dont have the guts to take it to any local mechanic as its an FI.
I will try the steps that u told me. Will get in touch with the PBK guys in Khivraj. I am also planning to change the plugs to NGK iridium ones.

how about your FI? Is it giving u these problems?

What about the missing that i have when i try to rev my bike more than 5k rpm? I feel like the engine power has gone down. need help on this too.

PBK should know how to, I get my CO setting done at AutoService Banashankari. But for other mechanical servicing stuff I go to a local mech.

NGK Iridium is good, it easily lasts 25-30K kms, but keep in my mind that Iridium plugs last 3X more than regular ones, but cost 8X more.

I have tuning issues too, it keeps going out of sync quite regularly and even the shutting off issue comes and goes.

There could be many reasons for the missing post 5K, need to get this checked at PBK. And pray its not a fuel pump issue.

CO should be within the range of 2.75 to 3.5. PBKs are supposed to have a device which measures the compression ratio of the engine. That should resolve your query for loss of power.

This is the most common issue on the 220 Fi with no fixed solution.

You need to get your bike's CO tuning done at PBK. Also ensure that the plugs are clean, if using stock champion plugs then ensure they aren't more than 10K kms old and the gap is set correctly.

In some cases this is also caused by bad fuel quality.

There is this weird kind of issue with my P220 FI. Its almost 5+ years old. Its hit 30K kms. Whenever i start my bike the self start does not start it. it just goes off. Whenever i press the self start i have to give the throttle push to start it. Sometimes it starts maybe for like 5 secs and then again turns OFF. Also i experienced this issue while riding the bike in traffic. Suddenly the engine turns OFF and i have to again start the bike while the wheels are still rolling.
Could anyone tell me why this is happening? Is it something to do with spark plugs ?
Or is it some kind of engine problem?

Another issue what i found was when i rev my bike may be more that 5000 RPM there is this missing i feel. Also the performance for some unknown reason has gone down.
Could you advise what might be the problem here? And for your information i have not installed any K&N filters or any extra fittings. Its pretty much stock.

Could you please also advise what kind of servicing i need to do since my bike is pretty old.
Seems to me like a idling issue!
What rpm does you bike idle when the engine is hot?

Nope no mods as such, just added two layers of foam in the seat. And run a higher profile 120/90 sized tyre that helps in absorbing a lot of the bumps.

For the RTR mirrors, you need to cut both the 220's stem and RTR's as well and weld them both together. Be careful, you can vary the length and make it really long or even really short. So you have to be careful when cutting and getting the length just right.

Warning: Since this increases the length of the mirror, they will shake at higher speeds or bad roads. This shaking eventually will crack the inner metal frame of the fairing. This can be resolved by welding additional metal supports to the frame internally.

Here's how it looks with the RTR mirrors -
