and could you tell where do you get it serviced ? is there any place to get it converted to Carb from FI.

    .
Did the service chap put in the diagnostic tool?

The diagnostic tool on its own cannot say if the throttle body is damaged. How many kms have you done on your bike ?

For me personally, no point in converting to Carb or in selling Fi and buying Carb.

The three Bajaj SVC centers mentioned in my previous post will do the Carb conversion if you want.

Can't really say about the "Grrr" noise unless there is more information about its source/intensity/timing/etc.

The service center themselves can do the conversion to Carb. 6K is about the cost it would take.

He's right that no local mech can tune the Fi, but other engine work is like any other bike, no rocket science in that. My Fi has done 1L+ kms, and I service my bike with a local mech.

Most bikes leak with 300V, some don't. There is no straightforward answer to this. Mine din't leak 300V when I first started using it on the bike.

this is what i found after doing a little google but still unable to understand what it actually does

The throaty roar doesn't mean it's rich or lean. I've seen lean and rich bikes have the same throat. A good roar always means more air, which means the mixture is lean. Is your bike an FI or Carby?

I bought a XL Size the L size was too tight and XL isnt as tight as VEGA but I think it does suffice the purpose.
Kindly post your query in Helmets thread in xBhp. Random post on different threads will be deleted by the Moderator if seen.

Bro, if you can " Lid looks cool" that'd be more great than "lid looz kool". Please note, using SMS lingo is prohibited here in our forum. If you can make a next step in improvizing your typing it can help a lot of new folks here and maintain thread integrity.

Does the engine start and then die out or does it not crank at all ?
First attempt it will crank and die and from next time no response after pressing button ,switching on &off many times.
And I slot it in neutral bike starts again
Will check tonight and say again.

P.S while changing it so much spark came and mechanic told me to change the fuse box as it was loose with Kawasaki KB100 box.since he was the one who insisted for carb I ignored him and told to tape it properly

    Changed relay and controllee .
Now there is cold starting problem and there is no response after pressing button ( behaves like hitting the button after third attempt of crank).
Takes place only in cold temperature or after a brief stop .
After few attempts and putting the bike in NEUTRAL and removing the key & re slotting it starts
Sometime it kills itself after cranking

    GETTING MAD DAY BY DAY
Imagine myself getting stranded at 2am(Xmas carols) while a pulsar150 starts and zooms and after spending also it irritates
On the plus side bike starts in single crank on regular time
