Thank you bro.. I did a trial and error method. Removed the clamping from the old clamping and clamped it to the old one and used a cable tie... To keep it alligned.. Now it looks neat and doesnt move around. [emoji4]

I have earlier read about people who have did the pulsar 220 brake lines on karizma. Please tell me what clamping setup you have used..

Undecided as of now, since the owner is a close friend as well, he's asked me to ride down to his place on a free weekend and check the bike first.

His place is a good 250 km's from my place, so at best I hope to arrive at a price by next weekend.

Have jumper cables with me, thinking of jump starting the ZMA with my 220, by riding along with a pillion who would then ride the ZMA along with me on my P220 back to Trivandrum.

How about the fiber parts..? And how many kms has the bike covered?

    Keep us posted
I knew you were in town! Spotted you the other day while crossing the over-bridge returning from Chaka, give away was your headlight setup.

Bike has covered over 60k IIRC. The current condition is below par hence why I'm considering it as buying price would be affordable.

As for fiber parts I'd either fix the current ones with Jugaad or get a ZMR's rear piece from the scrap yard and overhaul it.

    Indeed would update the progress.

Got my eye on a 2009 ZMA the current condition of the motorcycle is that it has been unused for over a year, before sitting idle it had undergone a seizure followed by a rebore from a local mechanic which didn't go well and the motorcycle just kept consuming oil.

Presuming that the motorcycle is ride-able I'd be collecting it shortly once the final price has been settled.

    After discussing with fellow xBhpian kb100 it seems that I'd have to replace the following with a few extras;

    1. Crank Bearings.
    2. Con-rod and bearings.
    3. Cylinder kit.
    4. Overhaul head, new valve kit, cam and rockers.
    5. Timing chain kit.
    6. Coneset.
    7. Fork tubes, springs and seals from the CBZ Xtreme v2.
    8. Swing arm bush from the Classic Pulsar.
    9. Rear suspension from the Pulsar 135LS as its cheaper at 2.2k per pair.
    10. Handlebar.
    11. Round Headlight from Ambition/HF Dawn.
    12. Speedo Console from HF Dawn.

They slashed prices for only MY2019 manufactured models, AFAIK.
