Dear All,

I am Kannan from Chennai. I am new to this site. I own a metallic silver colored cbf stunner. i think this day is the right time to post this thread since i had completed 1 year with my pet(My bike) by today. I bought this bike on 10th May 2009 and this is my first bike.

I chosen this bike for its sexy looks and for its half fairing.... and i am typically a honda fan for its engine durability, power and low maintanence...

As every one told this bike has some good as well as some bad things....

Some r the good thinks which made me proud for choosing this bike:
*Initial pick up
*Sporty looks
*Smooth engine (Conditions apply)

Bad thinks:
*Vibrations after 70kmph
*Height of the pillion seat
*Low Head light power
*Mileage

The initial pick up in this bike is amazing. It can beat the current 150ccs in Signals and starting points. But, note that its happening only below 90 Kmph. when u r exceeding 90 kmph every one with 150cc will overtake u. Its a good for bike for city riding conditions and not fit for highways(lags in speed, where every one will say bye to you). I had reached a top speed of 107 Kmph. I am not a rash driver. But, if any one enters in my way in rash and negligence ride, specially with bikes below r equal to 150 ccs, surely i'll will start to race with tht fellow and try to overtake him my decent driving skills...

Back to the topic.... this bike has great styles which admires everyone. Many people has approached me for getting its details like power, mileage and cost...

This bike has the same engine from shine with en extra gear.... the only difference between shine and stunner is power refinement.

My friend is having a shine model. that bike will start to vibrate only after hitting 80kmph... but it lags in initial pick up and it has a decent mileage...
Where as in case of stunner u can feel the "Absolute Sensation". when you reach <90 kmph you cant feel the vibrate alert from your mobile... because the engine will do that without getting incoming call...

The height of the pillion seat is the sin for this bike. Every one who use to sit will complain on this.... If take my mom for a ride(she use to sit by single side) i can't cross 40 Kmph since that is not a safety one when i apply breaks she will surely fell down....

The head lights in this bike is not as much power full while comparing to Hero Honda, Bajaj and TVS.... It can be use full only at the places where u can't find street lights.... if you r riding in city conditions at night time... u can't find digs and speed barkers....
My pet delivers the mileage of 50-55 in city conditions and 55-58 in highways
Note: This can be achieved only if you right below 70Kmph.

But, if you ride this bike for some time definitely u'll feel the honda's magic....
I am having many thoughts in going for other bikes like unicorn upgraded (If released), P220, etc... but some thing has attracted me to use this bike still.... Of course since i am a typical honda fan
