what a dramatic race it was... there was always something happening in the race, too bad for rossi, a few weeks back i was saying that "may be rossi doesn't push it too hard and that he never crashes pushing it a bit extra", now i wish i should not have said that. anyway i am also a bit happy for lorenzo, his was the sole non-honda bike fighting a lonely battle against hondas...
was rossi's bike aluminium twin spar??

I used to play a lot in college. I still might have its setup. But now, I play Motogp'08, that too very rarely. Also having setup of Motogp'03.Originally posted by kingkong View PostAnybody else here plays MotoGP2 ??

my initial intention was to find fellow players...., am hooked onto the game badly, for the past 4-5 years!! (well I only got my personal laptop last year, thats when regular playing started), recently unlocked Legend mode and having trouble winning in that...thought whether anyone has won in it or not...,
I have tried both motogp3 & motogp'08....I still like motogp2 more..., I only play 08 when I want to play the new tracks....

I used to race a lot in my college. Generally 10 to 15 players used to be there. It was a great fun. Motogp2 is the best of all of them. Never tried Motogp7, heard that it was good to. Motogp'08 I play for LS. It's the most challenging track even when playing online.Originally posted by kingkong View Postthat is for sure a very good idea...

Will now re-install Motogp2
.
I had unlocked legend mode in Motogp3. Mugello was my fav track. Used to race a lot with Biaggi and Gibernau, them being in front row, and would love to beat them at the last corner.Last edited by Abhii46; 10-04-2011, 01:01 PM.

Some harsh words from, "the shy one"
, Dovi
Dovizioso: ?I would never team up with Rossi? - Motorcycle racing news: Moto GP - Visordown
Andrea Dovizioso: "I'd never be Valentino Rossi's team mate"
Originally from this article:
Andrea Dovizioso: "Mai in squadra con Valentino Rossi"
I would agree for Rossi and Sic but pointing fingers on Spies, Bautista doesn't seem right. Looks like Dovi is losing it after kicked out of factory honda.

Ya, in Motogp'08 it is hard, moreover there is lot of understeering( or whatever that is called ) on the rear.Originally posted by kingkong View Postin my college...only 5-6 guys used to play, I don't like the way the bike handles in motogp08...., no front end feel...

Some more bitter news for Rossi fans (like me)
but either ways, nicky will test the bike, so it will be a good thing for ducati to judge the feedback provided by him against rossi's.Left Pinky Injury for Valentino Rossi. Tomorrow Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 at Jerez
Valentino Rossi's fall in the Japanese Grand Prix on Sunday was not without consequences, although the initial examination suggested otherwise. Due to the severity of the pain and swelling in his left hand, the Italian on Tuesday underwent additional X-rays that revealed a hairline fracture at the arthrodesis of the first and second phalanx (performed following a fall at Assen in 1995) of the pinky finger on his left hand. Rossi's participation in the Australian Grand Prix on October 16 is not in doubt.
Tomorrow, Thursday 6 October, Nicky Hayden will test the GP12 at Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, using the last of eight days the team is allowed with the 2012 bike.
and as far as i remember, its the same track where rossi tested, so they will be able to compare the laptimes as well..
i hope ducati (rossi) wins the championship in 2012.Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

he seems pretty positive about it as well...Originally posted by suren View PostHe s busy with the PANIGALE ( following on FB) .
He will ride it sometime.
Stoner: It's a thing that Nicky does? | MotoGP News | Oct 2011 | Crash.Net
It looked like a close pass, with Stoner just squeezing through before both riders were pushed wide on the exit. When asked by an American journalist 'the pass on Nicky, it looked like you got in there pretty hot' Stoner explained:
"Nah, I didn't get in there too hot. It's a thing that Nicky does. When you pass him he doesn't want to give up the position. It happened to me with him at Indianapolis, I think, last year.
"You go up the inside and he keeps leaning on you, and leaning on you. That's basically all that happened. I went in there with plenty of room. I could have easily made the corner if he just didn't lean on me.
"I saw him starting to tip in, starting to tip in… So I had to let my brakes off to really show him I was there, because it was like he was going to ignore that I was there."
Stoner went on to finish third, while Hayden ran off track shortly after being passed by Stoner and eventually finished seventh.

well everybody saw, what happened out there.
if i were in stoner's shoes-"i would have done the same thing if hayden will not let me pass"
but since i am on ducati's side, since rossi is in ducati, so i am on hayden's side-"how can stoner do that, he almost pushed hayden aside, trying to force himself ahead of him, this is so wrong, if he was really the faster rider riding a faster machine, he could have easily passed hayden. but that was not happening- so u got my point. blah blah blah ..."
the race is over, and rossi didn't win, matter closed, i am heartbroken...

can anyone tell me if rossi was riding aluminium chasis.
